Used 2008 Saturn Outlook Consumer Reviews
I bought a Saturn and... wow!
I bought my wife an Outlook XR for the new family hauler, and we love it. She saw the Acadia when it came out, and fell in love, but the Saturn is the best bang for the buck in the Lambda platform. We were able to buy a well- epuipped Outlook for less than base Acadia money. We found the Enclave(the Traverse would also) to be much harder to see out of because of the ramped up rear side window and small back glass. The Outlook has the 2nd best-looking interior after only the Enclave. It is averaging a true 18.9 mpg, which is better than I expected. It is very smooth, has a quiet ride, with very decent power for a 4600# car. I never thought I'd buy a Saturn, but after year 1, I'm glad we did
room for improvement
vehicle rides good but needs more power.I have brought it to the dealership 3 times with under 7,000 miles for a transmission problem, and they keep telling me all the codes are good.It feels like the trans is slipping and it over revs during shifts on the highway

Love my Saturn Outlook
This is without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. I took a trip, drove 18 hours straight and got out of the vehicle with no back pain. The whole trip was relaxing. The Outlook handles great on snowy, slushy roads. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.
I'm just not sure about this car
In the short amount of time that I had this car which has been about maybe 5 months it needed a new transmission I change the alternator the wheel pump it's just on and on with this car and I'm spending a whole lot of money on this car when I got a better car for the money I'm spending

Outlook...getoutnow
worst vehicle I have ever owned. bought it used and added extended warranty (which I have Never done before) so glad I did. constantly in and out of repair shop for everything from mysterious fluid leaking (they never found cause of this one) to transmission problems. probably totalled over $15,000 in repairs and still ongoing. hard to do even everyday repairs like tuneup...took me over 2 hours and good luck changing an interior fuse, and who decided to put battery behind passenger seat? I will never own another saturn again (now know why saturn is no longer a thing) and probably not a GM vehicle.
