We purchased multiple 2022 Ram Promaster Long wheel base work vans for our company and WOW have we been disappointed! We have had nothing but issues form electrical, starter, e-brake, forward safety and key fob issues. Our dealer tells us they are all software issues and not one time has had a fix for any of it... Ram put a junk product out on the road and does not back their products. …

We have been unable to drive for our business this vehicle for 9 months We have continued to pay the payments for 9 months without any benefit. But that is not the worst.
