Used 2022 Ram 2500 Consumer Reviews
$85,000 pile of trash
Special ordered the vehicle. Received it in December. -20 below 0 and the dealer left it outside. Dead batteries and wouldn’t start. Currently 8 recalls of which none have been fixed. Two recalls are due to engine fires. Owners have been told to park vehicles outside and away from other vehicles due to fire hazard. I have been waiting over a year for repairs. Dealer says no parts available. Only 3,000 miles on vehicle over two years. I’m afraid to drive it! Numerous check engine lights and all kinds of electrical problems. Dealer service is non existent! DO NOT BUY RAM EVER!!! UPDATE: I bought this truck new, and still face recall problems. The recalls have ranged from engine fires, transmission, fires, and numerous electrical and sensor problems. The truck was shipped without sensors in the exhaust, and there are still no sensors available so that we call is incomplete. Just received another recall today, and there is no fix for it. Dealers response is totally inadequate, they don’t know when they will get parts blaming Antis for the problem. The truck is nearing three years old and has 4000 miles on it because of do not drive recommendations from the factory. I have Ram for 25 years. Never again. Total piece of junk, and the dealership does not stand behind them.
Happy customer
So far this vehicle has met my expectations. I am satisfied with my new 21,2500 Tradesman it handles good plenty of power 6.4 Hemi. 8spd Trans, going to be used as a every day to and from vehicle, it will be used to pull a 26ft camper toy hauler and a flatbed trailer grossed for 14,000 on occasion short trips. Bought at Brandl Motors in Little Falls, MN overall great experience!!

Love my truck ,,Hate waiting on Recalls
2021 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel, great truck but has two recalls that may cause fire. Per the local dodge dealership {Carson City Nv.} they only get one part per week....What??? When you are over number 100 on a waiting list for parts it seems rather stupid to buy a Ram.....

Good overall truck, could be better
I purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel. It runs great, has plenty of power for towing. It has had 2 recalls already, which to be honest is a pain in the ... Going to the dealership isn't my idea of fun. There are several issues I have with it. The mirrors create a lot of wind noise. The infotainment center is antiquated. I understand you can pay thousands more for upgrades but honestly the truck is so expensive it should be better. The wheels/hubcaps look cheap. Headlights are outdated. The plastic gas cap and Def cap couldn't get much cheaper. The positioning of the USB plugs is not ideal, they are down by the gas pedal.🤔 The truck makes a good farm truck but is lacking in a lot of modern technology that would make it a great truck.

Bighorn Crew Cab Cummins w\Ram Box bed
This truck is better than I imagined. Great combination of comfort and brute strength. Everything about the body, frame, doors, hitch...says this it's made to be a work horse! The Midnight edition in Patriot Blue gets double-takes for sure!
