I have loved trucks all my life even though I have not always owned them. This 2019 4 gen Classic has the SXT package (20 inch chrome wheels, sprayed in bedliner, dual exhaust, 5 inch touchscreen with bluetooth, 4 doors , RAM step rails, ) and and the hitch was already there. I can get 22 mpg on highway driving 75 mph. 5.7 liter has a LOT of power. My wife says its like riding around in a giant couch. Sooo smooth. I wanted a GMC sierra denali but could not part with a mortgage a month to drive it. This is how you stay under 35k for power and beauty. I purchased in 2020 and have 21k miles. Zero issues so far. I have driven on 500 mile road trips multiple times with no issue.

Purchased in fall of 2018. The truck has lots of power. The interior is comfortable and the features with the bighorn are a bonus. Heated seats, dual climate control, 8" touch screen and power everything. This is a comfortable truck and the extra room for the back seat is really nice. A couple issues with the vehicle have been the numerous recalls, the steering has a slight grab when traveling at highway speeds and going around a curve to the left then turning back to the right. The most obnoxious deep hum when traveling at a consistent speed and letting off the gas. Not sure if this is caused by the engine turning off cylinders or the exhaust? I keep asking the dealership where i take the truck for service work, but they're not really interested in helping me figure out the issues. Otherwise its been a good reliable truck

2019 Ecodiesel. Originally bought for towing, kept it for drivability and versatility. TONS of space inside and in bed of truck. Rugged/reliable 4WD system. I get 30+ mpg on cruise control at 63 mph. I miss driving sporty stick shifts, but can't part with this for the time being due to MPG and sheer versatility of having a truck with a topper. Handles mud, dirt roads, snow, and highway traveling like a champ. Superb stereo system and interior. Why 4 stars? Main complaint is just the same complaint I give to nearly all the manufacturers now: THROTTLE RESPONSE. The power is there, generated by the diesel. Well over 400 lbs of torque but the geriatric throttle programming that the manufacturers put into these cars is shameful. Same thing with our Suburban and even our Subaru Outback with the lame CVT transmission. Unleash the power! When a person hits the accelorator, that means they want to GO, not slowly get up to speed at some snail pace. I am convinced it actually makes people push harder on the gas pedal looking for more power rather which ironically just uses more gas. That's my theory. Back to the truck: Superb 4 WD system with limited slip differential. Crazy what you can get into and out of no problem, and that's before even putting it into 4WD. This particular model actually lets the driver select AWD as an option, then 4WD high, or 4WD low. Very impressive. Interior storage is copius for everything from tools to kids' sporting gear. Having a truck bed is a nice change - I normally drive wagons for the rear trunk space. But having a truck means not worrying about scratching the interior.
