I just bought my Altima and love it for the most part. The Navigation system is great, even though alot of roads dont exist (according to the NAV). Strange how newer roads are on it and mine that has been here 6 years is not! ABS not being standard is just plain stupid! I found that our the first day I had the car. It was raining and i had and emergency stop and the car slid a long way but I did get stopped. Why is it that my Hyundai I own that cost 15,000 has 6 airbags and the Altima only 2? Guess Nissan doesnt care for our safety too much! Squeaks shouldn't exist at only 1500 miles! My gauges are what is making the noise.. Cheap plastic!

I got my Nissan with zero miles so far in the past five years I somehow put 184 thousand miles. Have been everywhere in California, very good on gas. At 140 thousand miles four sensors went out do to factory defect after Nissan preformed the recall I have had no problem other than a speeding ticket. Overall an awesome car probably can still get another 200 thousand miles before I get another car.

I went from a jeep to this because of the gas mileage and the distance that I have to drive now. I have to say that I wasn't so sure about how I would like this car but so far I am very pleased. The ride could be a lot less noisier and the exterior mirrors are too small. It is a very comfortable car and the MPG was wht made me consider buying it. The arm rest looks cheap compare to the rest of the interior. I think NISSAN can make a heavier arm rest.

This vehicle represents a lot for what it costs. This 4 cylinder is as peppy as it needs, comfortable and fun to drive. The looks of this car still brings a lot of positive comments in parking lots. Now that I have put 30# miles on it, 2 annoying things are happening. 1: Rear brakes are squeaking. 2: Periodically I hear a rattle somewhere in dash area, which I cannot touch to stop in order to have the service department to fix it.

Excellent Space Design and overall Value! traded in my 1993 Maxima and have the same interior space with 15 more horses under the hood! The only downside is I have the 2.5 S model which is not as powerful immediately when stepping on the gas. I get about 24 miles to the gallon city and 32 miles highway! Good job Nissan!
