Used 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Consumer Reviews
Best handling SUV
Jan/2016 bought new I've had Subys toyos and bmw awd systems and I can testify this is the best with the least amount of expensive year over year ownership cost.. is it top of the line no it's super basic exterior and interior.. but the mechanical is hands down the best... October 2024- Still runs like a top 0 maintance done to the car outside of oil changes and tires. I would say it is the most reliable suv i have driven it in ice and snow and drives amazing. Only down side is that it chews through tires. I am at 120k miles and running. Plan on buying a brand new 2.4 Outlander.

Problematic SUV stay away!!
Bought brand new 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport , did follow all manufacture, maintenance schedule, unfortunately experienced many unpleasant situations including catalytic converter failed after 7 years ( cost around $2400 ) to replace a new catalytic converter.. transmission failed the very next year and cost me around $8000 to replace it … my advise is to stay away from outlander sports suv .. nothing but problems one after another ..

Bad car
Transmission died at 90k, shortly after both the battery and alternator, speakers just went an I think there's an issue with the computer board, catalytic converter is in its way out. Wiper linkage broke, that was 800 bucks. Ect...ect...

Traded off
We made a mistake buying this car. Bluetooth after a few months never worked... maintenance alert for oil changes sucks too. Our dealer was 90 minute drive and what brought me to the end of my rope was how rude the service department was. Went back to Toyota RAV4 which just blows the Outlander away. Worth the extra $8k.
