This Blutec Mercedes is a tank….I love it…..reliable, efficient, versatile and comfortable. I have 5 other vehicles which include Bentley, Porsche and Tesla The Mercedes is my favorite

From the first week in 2014 we have had nothing but problems on a regular basis with the car. You should hope a car in its class would be great but I assure you nothing but a lemon painted white.

Terrible ride quality- rides like a stone! Terrible seats- firm and not comfortable! Terrible off-road- large wheel and thin tires make for a scary off road situation! Good acceleration and breaking. Mercedes has lost their way with their ML suv. The suspension clatters and bangs over every crack on the road! The transmission shifts abrubtly all of the time and with the large wheels and thin tires it is terrible off road! The seats are very uncomfortable. The only pros I can speak of as an owner are the reliability

Liked the older version ML 320, the "Box-SUV", then came this one, the ML 350 4matic, more like a car, great ride, nice space, still loving it, have not seen a model to replace this with. It's a keeper! Still a keeper! btw. this one is still with its first owner.!
