Used 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C230 Kompressor Rwd 4dr Sport Sedan (1.8L 4cyl S/C 6M) Consumer Reviews
Need More
I purchased it about 6 months ago and I am loving every moment of it. My Helga is fun to drive and it absouletly is an eye candy. Much better looking then a BMW 3 series. I like the way she rides on highway I did drove it 330 miles non stop and it was a wonderful experience.
NOT reliable and expensive to repair
This car is just really expensive to maintain. At only 30K miles we started to have P0171 and P0174 error codes and the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor need was dirty or faulty and need to be replaced (cleaning didn't help). PCV hoses would also go bad and vacuum hoses leaking, PCV valves need to be replaced and all kinds of crazy issues. Please listen to the famous youtuber Scotty Kilmer's advice - stay away from any Mercedes and turbo-charged engines!!

Great Car
Make the garage door process easier. Have two garage doors and it makes it quite hard to program.
solid decision
a sporty sedan with some power. compared hard with 3 series/ A6. i have owned the car for 4 months now, and i can honestly say that it was a great decision....no regrets. power and transmission are awesome. style is incredible and sleek...gets lots of looks. my first mercedes. it outdoes the 3 series i used to own, primarily with handling characteristics and very responsive throttle/transmission. this car is fun to drive and is an excellent value for the price...considering the 'luxury' associated with the name, the european performance, and beautiful craftsmanship. very solid buy.
