Love the new 3

I previously had a 2017 Mazda 3, which was a great car but lacking in power and with too much road noise. The new 3 Turbo is smooth and really powerful. The AWD puts the turbos power down very nicely and the new one rides smoother despite the torsion beam. The steering has been slowed down a bit and has slightly less feel than the prior generation, but the small difference is well worth the extra smoothness. Interior is fantastic and everyone who rides in it comments about how nice it is. I’d suggest Mazda focus on slightly more rear leg room.

Performance, interior quality, handling, fuel consumption, power accessories are all great BUUUUUUUT that car has less than 3500kms on it and the oil lights on and sure enough it's down that much not what I'd expect for 48000 taxes in???

I absolutely love everything about this car except the seats. They are awful. I didn't notice in the test drive and coming from a Toyota Matrix seat comfort wasn't even on my radar as I had never had a problem with car seats in the past (Matrix's have some of the most comfortable seats). I have had the car for two months now and still can't find a comfortable position to drive in for longer than 30 mins. The bolstering is really narrow and I find that it hits me in a weird spot making it uncomfortable for long drives. Unfortunately I can't make the seat work and will have to trade it in for something else. I wish they would make new car seats with less "hugged" sensation. Some of us don't want to be aggressively hugged by our seat.
