Best compact crossover with third row
Bought the Sorento SX AWD with 45k miles and after a year of heavy daily use (80k miles now) I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Just replaced the brakes and tires and it drives even better. It's big enough for seven passengers but small enough to zip through traffic and park in tight spaces. The overall driving experience is comfortable with a dose of sporty. My favorite features are the heated/ventilated front seats, rear camera, blind spot monitor and Bluetooth connectivity. Everything just works so well. Kia has done a great job. The only disappointment has been the fuel economy as I'm only averaging 18 mpg in mixed driving. But at least it takes regular unleaded. I anticipate the reliability to be very good even after the 100k mile drivetrain warranty expires. Update review: Just surpassed 100,000 miles. Still running strong with no major issues. Starting to get some noises from interior but that’s expected. Will have to repair stabilizer link as I’m hearing clunking noise from right front. The vehicle is literally driven everyday. It’s quite the workhorse. Worth every penny!

Capacious and Comfy Cruiser
I've had my Sorento V6 AWD for eight months, and accumulated 20,000 miles. Front seat comfort (aided by heating and cooling) for long trips is superb. The overall handling, acceleration, braking, ride comfort...they all add to a relaxed experience behind the wheel. This car is easy to drive in the crowded city, and it's a great highway cruiser.

Great car
14th car I've owned and my first Kia after owning mostly Fords and Toyotas. I test drove virtually all of the competition and settled on the Sorento as the best combination of size, handling, quiet ride, technology, cargo layout (5-seater) and V6 option. The lengthy warranty helped me make the decision because I'd never paid any attention to Kia in the past and reliability was an unknown. I've driven it about 2,500 km and so far, I'm delighted.
Nothing great but reliable
Basic controls are Ok but not up to todays standards. Road handling is off. Road noise is terrible. Regret my choice but feel it is reliable.

KIA Sorento best SUV
Excellent driving and features/dollar. Car is extremely reliable with many luxury class feature (SX). Only needed better rear-view Mirror auto-dimmimg, adding auto-dimming to side mirrors. Should also add top cargo support in case needed. I am very satisfied with the performance and gas saving on long trips. Looking forward to get another KIA car. Very pleasant driving.
