Used 2017 Kia K900 Consumer Reviews
8 months of owning it
Here is the best way to put it: It is a lot of car for under $500/mo. It has great value when comparing to A8, S550, or BMW 7 series. I would say K900 is behind germans brands by about 30-35% in most categories. But it leaves Germans in the dust when it comes to value. When compared to above mentioned german brands where my payment would be 1k or more per month--I am paying $465/mo on a lease for luxury package This is my first Kia and I am impressed.

Best Luxury car for the money
I bought this car in 2017 (35,000 mi), now in 2020 (65,000 mi) I live in San Diego. The ONLY problem I have had was the pax headrest rattled on bumpy roads. Took it to the dealer, fixed, no problem. I have owned MB C230, BMW 540i (V8), and 740i (V8). I will NEVER own a german car again (lease only if must), they are HUGE $$$ drags (nothing drives as well as a BMW I will admit). The K900 is fantastic, I enjoy NOT having to take it to the mechanic. My major complaint is the handling, too floaty and the car will let you throw it into a corner (BMWs will). Also a minor bummer is the auto cruise was programmed inverted: when a car leaves the lane in front of me the car brakes, when a car moves into my lane the car does not anticipate and brake to let them in UNTIL they are right in front of me, I think the software is backwards. To compensate I turn it off and on. That said it have never hit a car in LA traffic, and we go from 85 to zero a bunch and fast. Overall super car!! Update July 2021, 72,000 miles: had to replace shocks and struts, no aftermarket parts so it was $2000 for parts and $1500 labor, more at dealer. Still screwy auto cruise. Engine has always has a noise when cold I thought was squeaky belt, turns out to be a known internal issue. As the second owner of car they will NOT cover repair. Typical! Hope it doesn’t blow up on me for a while. Other than that it’s still a good car. Brakes hold since I bought it at 35000 miles, they are long lasting, so I’ll stick with stock.

Excellent reliability and so far absolutely troubl
I bought this car against all advice from the so called reviewers and pundits. got a top of the line model for 60K. The car is soft and that makes it great for highway cruising and long distance driving which is what my main driving is. 40K and so far no trouble that has not been covered. One head light self levelling blew which is expensive if it happens after warranty. Also I has one airbag sensor fault. My audi A8 and BMW 7 series had many more problems when i reached year five that i had to sell them or go broke fixing the damn cars.
