I have owned this vehicle for 13 months and in the first 14 hrs I owned it, it was dead in my garage and the electrical issues started. I have been to the dealership 10+ times with dozens of problems, majority electrical and paint flacking off oh and it locked me out of the vehicle at a shopping centre (keys didn't work couldn't get in). Most problems have taken 3 trips to the dealership to get fixed, they have replaced the running boards due to paint coming off, the running board motor due to the coming down when in the store position (still comes down they don’t know why), the drivers seat belt wouldn’t retract, all the front moldings as paints has all flacked off, trunk doesn't open somethings, doesn't close sometimes, rear seats didn't go up and down, massage seats passenger side didn't work intermittent, then the electrical problems - Jeep UConnect randomly works, calls get dropped, radio freezes or screen goes black, took 10 months to fix lane change assist, bluetooth cuts out, car alarm randomly goes off, now having an intermittent "Tow Hook" problem when pulling our car hauler and Chrysler Canada has no idea. It's never ending and I have 2000 km left before I am out of warranty (60,000 KM) and I haven't owned it a day without a problem. Jeep Canada won't do anything, they stand by their 60k warranty and soon all these issues are going to be my problem when it's off warranty. Pretty poor service when you spend 123K CAD for a vehicle. 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series 2 Obsidian + HD Trailer

DO NOT BUY**WORST MOST EXPENSIVE MISTAKE EVER*

We saved for our dream vehicle, and when we saw the Jeep Wagoneer we knew that was the one for us We spent over $100k on our dream car, only for it to be an awful vehicle. In fact, this is the worst vehicle we’ve ever purchased. It’s left us stranded on the road out of town twice, had to be towed 3 times, the moon roof leaked twice and the entire roof interior had to be replaced, the cruise control malfunctioned causing the vehicle to rapidly accelerate (the cruise control buttons did not work to cancel or slow down) the screens regularly blank, Bluetooth does not connect, 4 no starts, constant errors causing the the system to glitch (which cause the vehicle to stop working) and it’s been in the shop 60 days of the 6 mos we’ve owned this vehicle. The customer support/Jeep warranty, and dealership have all been abismal, Terrible customer service. I sold a very well equipped, perfectly running, PAID OFF Ford Expediton that never gave us any problems. I was never worried it would leave my wife and family stranded somewhere. I’d highly advise anyone not to buy one of these vehicles.

Delivered to me brand new with major issues like scratched passenger window and 3 exterior trim moldings warped! The worse came 5 months later when temperatures reached negative 15 and brought to the dealer with chunky and slushy radiator and overflow compartment a frozen block! Major screw up from factory and also Webber Family Ford dealership in Detroit Lakes Minnesota for not prepping vehicle before delivery. Now the damage is done and not my fault but they say nothing they can do for me since I have factory warranty to cover things. We do not dare take new Wagoneer out of town. What will happen next due to the freezing up of cooling system is only a guess down the road! Very disappointed with factory and dealership for not inspecting before new delivery!

My car was about to lead to my death and my family

We have two wagoneers. One of them, the brake system, stopped working while I was driving on the interstate. We were lucky to be alive. This car is one of the worst in reliability, especially in the cold northern states. Wagoneer Clint Service is complete BS and will never help you. In fact, one of the worst, and the engineering team could never solve any problems we had. We ended up trading our cars for a Suburban and will never recommend this car to anyone. Two cars with less than 30K miles went to the dealer at least six times each

We had the best service from a dealership (70607) 2 hours away in the same state when we purchased our Jeep Wagoneer Series III in October of 2022. The following month (November 2022) we started having issues with the entertainment center front & rear. No Firetv or anything to keep our kids occupied which was the main reasoning for purchasing the package. Please see the many Wagoneer forums of all the technological issues that customers like me are experiencing. We finally received our repairs in January 2023 and the following day the system errored out once again. Go figure! The additional negative item is our dealerships in my local area (70817) and beyond are not ready to be in the "luxury" vehicle market. No loaners, no care/consideration, no customer first experience. (See the 10 promises to Wagoneer buyers). My wife is ready to trade because of the experience with our local dealership. She wants to feel like her hard earned money was the purchase, but the realization is some dealerships need more training to provide that experience. Mercedes or Cadillac knows this business in which that's where we will be going if I want peace of mind. We took a chance and lost with this one.
