Nearly Perfect!
Great SUV if you are looking for a manual transmission, but with a number of luxury appointments...including leather interior. Handles well, and SUPER fun to drive.
Looks Good-and that's about it.
Hate it. I bought my jeep about 5 months ago-brand new (Limited 3.7) and loved it-and than-problem central.Front driver seat had to be replaced. Windshield is starting to leak.Front Driver window started to get stuck.Moon Roof leaks thru car wash. Three visits to the garage in 2 months time. To bad-I really enjoyed it at first. Owned a Honda Accord Ex before-will be purchasing one again very soon.Bought the jeep for the 4 wheel drive-that works great-so far.Hope people have better luck.

Suprise
I was pleasantly surprised by the 2004 Jeep Liberty. It displayed and soild firm ride quality, and great handling habits. The build Quality was also better than I expected. The truck(yes it is a real truck) was what my girlfriend wanted and I pushed against it... however after I drove it I was happyly surprised. I budged much more money for an SUV but this is a great truck for the money, and feels like many of the more expensive less capable trucks
liberty
HAVE HAD MANY CARS/TRUCKS OVER THE LAST 27 YEARS OF DRIVING. THIS COMES CLOSE TO BEING THE FAVORITE VEHICLE FOR ME. IT DOES EVERYTHING VERY WELL, WELL MADE, DURABLE. VERY COMFORTABLE, ALL CREATURE COMFORTS AS NEEDED. IN 10 MONTHS OF DRIVING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, OTHER THAN FUEL MILEAGE. ON HIGHWAY I GOT 20MPG ONCE. TYPICAL HIGHWAY AVERAGE FUEL MILEAGE IS 18-19MPG.
It's a change
It's reliable, fun to drive, very quite engine, but strong.
