LOVE THIS CAR!!!
I've had this car for over 4 months and love driving it everyday! it's reliable, strong engine etc. I in the car a lot for business and the nav system with bluetooth has been unreal!!!! I will say that my highlander had better storage, but that's my only complaint...
Don't judge a book by it's cover!!
Yes thing vehicle is the best looking suv on the road to me and anytime I see one drive by, I'm mesmerized. BUT the beauty isn't worth dying for! Mine has stalled out on me numerous times coming to a stop or turning without any warning. The only way I knew was my RPM'S would hit 0. All my electronics were still on. Radio, lights, gages, everything was still running, except my rpm. I would lose my brakes and my steering. Then I would have to throw on my hazards to coast to a stop then put it in neutral to restart the thing. So scary!! I can't tell you how many panic attacks I had. The fact that I had to look down at my RPMs to make sure I didn't stall was very mentally damaging. Then all together the vehicle wouldn't even turn on anymore. I also had to put a tarp over the thing for when it would rain because there was a leak in my sun/moon roof. It probably had nothing but black mold all under the interior. My tires wore down sooo quickly as well that I bought within a year! I told the dealership all these problems but especially the stalling out. So they test drove it and it stalled out on them. They literally said "it only stalled out once, so it's not a big deal." Isn't one time enough?? I'm telling you how many times it happens to me and I drive it daily! Then they said "they don't know what to tell me" and gave me the truck back. I just can't believe they know that it's life threatening and my death could be on their hands if something happened and they don't care! So I had to say goodbye. I was absolutely hurt because it's such a beautiful vehicle!!! I wish their designers could go to a better company.

2011 Grand Cherokee 5.7
Just took delivery of our 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited w/ 5.7 Hemi. This is our 7th GC Ltd in a row, beginning with a 1993. It is light years ahead of any of the others we've owned, and we've mostly liked them as they suit our purposes particularly snow driving in ski season up north. I Have a Mercedes S-500 and a Corvette, and this Jeep is finished to a much higher degree than either, both of which i purchased new. The quality and features are superb, and we feel the vehicle is an unbelievable value at an msrp of about $44,000. We were able to buy it better than that and are completely satisfied so far. Did not want the 50 profile tires on the Overland or the 20" wheels, that's why a LTD
2011 Grand Cherokee Hemi 4x4
We previously bought a GMC Terrain but it was not as good overall as this Grand Cherokee with the Hemi, and I'm not talking just pure power. The Terrain's fuel was OK but dropped to 24mpg highway when fully loaded for trips. The Grand Cherokee, 4x4 with Hemi, is giving us 21mpg. I'll take Hemi and 7000 pound towing (twice the Terrain) for not much more money thank you very much. The interior is another league compared to others. It's roomy, comfortable and the ride is unbelievable - this is a Jeep? Very comfortable for us in all seasons in the midwest. At 3000 miles we changed the oil to Mobil-1 and are easily towing our camper ~3000 pounds that the Terrain couldnt. Grand Cherokee A+!
Amazing Truck for the Money
I was casually looking for a replacement for an SUV to replace my BMW 335 when I happened to drive by a Jeep dealer one evening. The Grand Cherokee they had parked out front literally made me stop in my tracks. It looks good in pictures, but incredible in person! The build quality is on par with the X5 and the price of a new 2011 Jeep was less than a comparable CPO 2008-09 BMW. I don't get stuck on badges, I just want a high-quality vehicle that's worth my hard-earned cash. The 2011 Grand Cherokee is definitely a great buy.
