Used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD 4dr SUV (4.0L 6cyl 4A) Consumer Reviews
My First Jeep
I considered other SUVS before buying the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And I was very close to buying the 2004 Ford Explorer. I had owned a 2000 Ford Expedition with which I was extremely pleased. So, I was assuming the Explorer would give me the same satsifaction. But a souring experience with the Ford dealer brought me to the Jeep dealership. I'm extremely happy that i did. The vehicle, outside of its rough on-road ride, is just marvelous. I've been geting about 18 MPG so far. It has all the features I wanted in a vehicle. I especially like the small cargo carrying capability and the flexibility of having a nice car to take to important functions.
2004 Jeep grand cherokee
I feel safe and protected in this SUV. It has an air leak sound when the heating sysem is in use, which is irritating and aparently normal. The mileage is bad...16 to 17 mpg. The grand cherokee is not as sporty looking as the limited. I recommend the Enumclaw delarship. The side to side motion does not feel as stable as the 2000 which I owned previously.

I love my Jeep!
I've owned several Jeep Grand Cherokee's Limited in the past as well as a Ford Explorer Limited, going from the Ford to the Jeep was like going from a Hyundai to a Lexus. Besides the GREAT deal I got, I love driving my new SUV. I'd highly recommend it.
All-Around Great Vehicle
We bought our Silver 2004 Ltd pre-owned from a dealer and have owned it for a little over 2 years now and we absolutely love it. Cool styling (best year in my opinion), awesome power and torque, very comfortable and pretty quiet on the highway w/o breaking the bank like an X5 or Rover. Has enough room for us w/ two adults, a 2 year old in a car set and two dogs in back. We put a Thule box on the roof for long hauls and we're ready for anything! We are avid snowboarders an this Jeep motos in the snow, but the stock Goodyear Wrangler tires need to be replaced w/ something more all-weather capable. My brother-in-law drove ours and went out and bought an 05'. They're contagious!
jeep ok
my third GRC far suprior to all others. 2300 miles so far & no problems of any kind. note i am very critical & would consider a 1/16" difference in body pannel fitment a problem to be fixed
