I've owned our QX50 since new. Had to replace tires at 24K miles (I was told new car tires have a softer compound) and brake rotors and pads at 44K miles (the dealer charged less than I was quoted at local shops). It is a Luxe, so I think there are electronic things others have complained about that this car doesn't have. Smooth. Comfortable. Fits 8' 2X4s. Fairly "luxurious" (whatever that means except that dealers can try to be snobby). This is my 4th Infiniti.

Styling is attractive. Interior is well put together. Run flat tires make the ride stiff and it does not handle bumps well. Takes premium gas and doesn't deliver on MPG. Without the run flats and without premium gas I would recommend this car, however with that being said, I would not buy another QX 50.
