So it’s my first time getting an Infiniti and wow I’m in love. First of all it drives like a dream. Coming from a Mercedes cla....now I’m driving a REAL car. Amazing pickup and boy can it take a curse nicely. Probably my favorite car I’ve ever driven. I got the silver on black. It’s sporty, it’s classy, it’s everything. Total satisfied customer!

2020 INFINITI Q50S

2020 INFINITI Q50 3.0t SPORT 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 7A)

This is my third new INFINITI Q50 Sedan. Got the S Model which I prefer with better trim, wheels and tires. 300 hp Turbo V6 offers plenty of power. Fuel mileage is average, I get 19.0-19.5 overall with a mix of City/Highway driving and I drive briskly. Premium fuel required. Interior is spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Seats are comfortable, have driven 300 miles without discomfort or fatigue. I like the blind spot warning system and the front/rear cameras. Power tilt/telescope steering wheel is great for multiple drivers as my wife is much shorter than I am. Has 2 Pre Sets for seats/mirrors etc. Love the Sun Roof. Trunk is good size for luggage. A/C works well and I live in the desert. Possible negatives: gas mileage is not great; no Hybrid or EV trims offered yet; and while I like the Styling it has not changed in quite a few yrs.

Best Car I've Owned...until recently.

2019 INFINITI Q50 RED SPORT 400 4dr Sedan AWD (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 7A)

This is the 2nd Q50S Red Sport I've owned. With 400hp and 350lb torque, the thing is a screamer. Very fun to drive and a great value for the $$$. Few downsides: exhaust note sounds like a Ford Focus, 19" instead of 20" wheels, very outdated user tech for the driver, too much chrome on the exterior. UPDATE...June 2022. Despite it being a really fun car to drive, my friend's new ride, bought in November 2021, caught my attention. He bought a 2022 BMW X5 M50i with its twin turbo, 32 valve, 523hp motor. I bought a M550i sedan, with the same motor, the following February. The BMW is far more expensive, of course, but the technology and sophistication is in an entirely different realm. My former Q50S Red Sport looks quite primitive by comparison. I'll be interested to see if Nissan decides to invest in a major update to its higher-end Infiniti's. My guess is that they'll soon abandon the current Q50 platform. Will it be replaced with another high performance V6 or V8? I doubt it.

Everything you expect from a good car. Ours is a Q50-S, with nicer seats, bigger wheels and brakes, and all the tech safety options you can get. Great car which gets a lot of compliments.
