Used 2022 Hyundai Palisade Consumer Reviews
Overpriced gas guzzler
We aren’t satisfied with this vehicle, doesn’t meet expectations and trying to get any service other than oil change & tires rotation is 2-3 diagnostic timeframe. It’s a bumpy ride, noisey cabin with cold air coming through windows & door handles, cold air blows from under dash, and electronics headed back seats, and codes intermittently display. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

Palisade for the Win!
Got our new Palisade Limited 2 days ago and love it! Exceeds expectations with class, comfort, and loads of safety features. Wish it was more readily available and priced closer to sticker or below, not jacked up! Just passed it's one year anniversary/birthday and still loving it. I wish Hyundai would come up with a real fix for the towing harness recall other than just removing the fuse.

Wonderful vehicle BUT.....
Let me the 2022 palisade calligraphy model is wonderful with all the bells & whistles. It has camera views all around the vehicle, heated/cooling seats for front & back. Sunroofs front & back. It being AWD is awesome too. Very stylish inside & out. It even has beautiful lighting inside that you can change the color to your liking( I have purple) very roomy inside even for passengers. MY ONLY real big complaint is that there is NO Wi-Fi. The kids hate that, especially when we do long trips. My husband bought a Chevy work truck last year & it has wi fi. My friend just bought a Toyota basic model it had wifi. So I REALLY hope Hyundai will put wi-fi in thier vehicles espically the luxury version vehicles. That is a big deal when getting a mid size SUV & hauling kids around. The other thing is gas mileage in the city isnt that great but it does to better for freeway long trips. Other than it is a beautiful vehicle.

Uncomfortable at best
Final update 3/24: We got rid of the Palisade in Spring '23 after deciding it was just not safe or comfortable enough for us. The day before we were surrendering it a nephew called our attention to a rear tire. It was worn down abnormally smooth as though the wheel was tilted and not riding flat. We had taken the vehicle back for a wheel alignment after two weeks of ownership but I guess they only checked the front wheels. Committed to a trade the following morning we had no time to see if the rear wheel was not aligned properly or had some other problem from day one. By that time the seats had 'sunken in' and were very uncomfortable, exactly like the Kia Soul with sunken seats we traded in a year earlier. The QX50 that replaced it is a much more satisfying experience. It would have been an Audi Q5 but for the subscription program to use the navigation system. An interesting note though was that we later discovered friends who had a sister vehicle, a Kia Telluride got rid of it for what they felt were concerns about its comfort also. Original review: Unfortunately I don’t have much good to say about the 2022 Palisade SEL. The car rear end really swings out if the tires hit a small bump or pothole, causing the vehicle to yaw horribly along with cabin tilt. It’s a very busy ride. Speaking of potholes and bumps, you will feel each and every one. Transmitted by steering wheel to upper body and because after sixteen months the seats lost most of their support and just sink, transmitting the bumps to your body. Road noise is fierce, along with wind noise. We found the 4wd vehicle, even in snow mode to be virtually uncontrollable on snow and ice. Any slush pile will grab the car and seem to slide it in a direction of its own choosing. Make no mistake, this is not a contender in the Q5 or QX50 world. I can better compare it to my 2020 Kia Soul in all aspects except one, room. Very spacious interior. 3x5 cement board still leaves plenty of room, but not enough for a 4x8 piece of dry wall. Other high points is the smoothness of the transmission shifting and the lack of any problems in sixteen months except its pull to the right, prominent since factory delivery and continuing after a front end alignment. This, along with an ‘off level’ steering work make driving a tiring experience. Make no mistake, you will know this is not a Lexus, Infiniti or Audi. If you’re used to Ford Focus or Chevy Spark you will undoubtedly enjoy the move up to the Palisade. We are in the process of disposing the vehicle after sixteen months.

Love at first try
Look at all competition & youll buy a Palisades especially when you save thousands over the luxury in name only competition like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus etc. Palisades has everything they have & thousands cheaper & most important is that a Palisades is top notch in quality. I rate it as the best of the 30 plus new vehicles I've owned

22 Pali SEL
Love my car!!! I have the SEL with light grey interior. Did not want leather due to living in FL and this car does not disappoint. My family loves it! Especially the captains chairs. Rey comfortable. Only issue is the wind noise at high speeds but maybe it’s normal?
Great vehicle with lot to offer!
Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy is an excellent vehicle- very spacious, fun to drive, great visibility, awesome experience- in the city & on expressways! Nice heated & COOLED seats! Wish there was a nice console between the two captains chairs in the 2nd row & the wireless CarPlay feature was also available in the highest trim (yes, despite the built in GPS it’d be nice to have wireless option).
