Pretty good so far (knock on wood)
My old 03 Sonata was excellent so I went for another Hyundai when shopping for a used car. I came across this 2010 Elantra. The dealer was shady and lied to me about various aspects of the car (I was an idiot in a rush and they took advantage of that). While it has been in 3 accidents, the fit and finish is much better than the Corolla I test drove especially the interior. It looks a bit more expensive than it is plus it has soft touch materials on the armrest, dash, and I got it with only 108,000 in Jan of 2019 and I've put 14,000 on it since then. There was one out of the blue repair which was a steering coupler ($290 at dealer). It's a known issue and recall my car wasn't a part of. Other than that, it's been smooth sailing. As long as I don't have to do the coupler again anytime soon, I'll upgrade my rating to four stars. One annoying issue I have with it is the steering is not very responsive but it's not a Mazda so I don't fault it. I'm hoping to drive this car to 200,000 with minimal repairs like my last one.

Great Car, Great Price!
Let's be honest, if you're looking at this car, then you probably can't afford a lexus, mercedes, or bmw, all with nicer features. So when you look at this car for what it's worth (and not compare it to cars out of its range), it's an all around great car! It drives great, gets decent gas mileage, and it's a very safe car! I was able to get the GLS sedan loaded with all power, cruise control, xm radio, auto transmission, and other features for just over $15,000 (after $2,500 cash back). :)

Never own Hyundai again
I own a Hyundai Elentra 2010 and I am getting rid of it in 2 months. Horrible brakes and skids in bad weather.
18,000 miles and still great
Very happy with my $14,000 commuter car. excellent on gas, reliability, comfort and all around easy car to own. I'm glad I didn't wait for the 2011 model, b/c it seems to be about $10,000 more.
Very good
Great car! I looked at Mazda3's, Honda Fit's and Civic's and hands down better of all them! Much more quiet and while not as quick as the Civic or 3, a much better feeling.
