Used 2005 Honda CR-V LX AWD 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 5A) Consumer Reviews
Love it!
Got rid of our gas-guzzling minivan for this SUV. It's a pleasure to drive, has a ton of space and gets great mileage. One of the headlight low-beam bulbs blew at 200 miles while on vacation, but Augusta, Maine Honda dealership got it in quickly and took care of it ASAP.
Best Small SUV for the Price
Afer 6 months of research and several weeks of dealer haggling, I brought home my CR-V this week. This car is tight and handles like a sedan. The saftey rating is exceptional. I now own 3 Hondas because of the exceptional performance and dealer support.

A lot of car for the money
I went from a '98 Windstar to this. I have to admit, I miss the smooth ride of my van versus this more "truck-like" ride. Acceleration is SO much better than that old V6, though, and I have feeling it's going to be that way for a long time.
2005 Honda CR-V LX (AWD)
Happy with our purchase. Positives include safety features, solid build feel and handling, good ground clearance, roomy interior design. Ride is noiser, stiffer and bouncier than I realized in test drive. Mostly on highway getting 22-23 mpg. Passenger room and cargo room is ample. No deal breaking negatives, but Honda could make a good SUV great by addressing these problems: Reduce the road noise, shifter on dash is easily bumped into neutral reaching for radio, let the driver's seat slide back further, better cloth and interior color choice (black shows every bit of dirt). Stereo is not very good and hard to hear over road noise.
my 2004 honda crv
Love this car it's fun to drive , good handling and very dependable. It has had some rattles that do not seem to disappear around the drivers side rear seat. Hard to locate. The front seat armrest is useless for larger drivers. Mine has not been getting the advertised gas milage.
