What about the passenger?
My husband says this is his favorite ride ever and he's had lots of cars. I like driving this car too. However, the passenger seat is not that comfortable. I passed up a Kia Optima because the passenger seat was too low. We bought this instead. Why do car manufacturers ignore the passenger seat? All they would have needed to do is put a lumbar adjustment and it would be great. So I have to sit on something to make the seat half way bearable. You shouldn't have to buy some overpriced package to get adjustments for the passenger. Also, the fabric is not durable. We had stains on the seats within 1 year. They won't come off. Can't imagine what they are. Lest you think it's our neglect let me just say that we also have a 2002 Dodge ram pickup with fabric seats.... No stains no problems and we've never even had to clean them. The car we traded in on this fusion was a Mazda 6 2006 (my favorite car). After 10 years no stains no problems (tan fabric) and I can't remember ever having to clean those seats either. Hello out there. Can you car manufacturers produce a comfortable seat for driver and passenger without buying leather and a bunch of other unneeded add-ons? This is a problem across the board.

Best car ever!
I bought this car brand new off the Ford dealership lot, and I have never had an issue with it. I take it regularly to the same dealership I purchased it from for maintenance, and for recalls, they always complete the work and let me know when it's completed. I love my vehicle and if I were to trade it for another it would be a Ford from the same dealership, because they treat me with respect and dignity. We have a saying in the US Navy for a job that goes above and beyond expectations, BRAVO ZULU, I give that to the dealership!

80k Long Ownership review
Great car, I have the 2.0T AWD. Runs on premium fuel and gets 241bhp. Traction in both dry and wet weather (all season tires) is excellent, rarely have the TCS flash on and I have a pretty heavy right foot. Handles well and driven as a company car for 4 years (serviced every 10k miles). Plenty of room for 4 adults to sit comfortably. One Baby seat fits perfectly in the back on the passenger side (front and rear facing) with plenty of room in the front. Two baby seats in the back would fit but driver side rear facing is a snug fit and you need to switch off the easy entry/exit feature of the SE as this feature automatically pushed the driver seat all the way back when exiting the car. At 80K car some of the exterior body trim needs pushing in but in terms of driving, feels just as punchy and tight as the day I got it. Road noise is a bit loud but just turn the stereo up. I have had three issues with the car worth noting but none that should scare you off. 1 - The paint on the underside of my trunk where the trunk seals against the body corroded around 40k and has slowly been getting worse over the last 40k, open the trunk and check for any corrosion. 2 - The original brakes lasted 68k miles, which is not bad considering my driving style, however on replacement, the rear brake system developed a brake failure, which required the rear callipers/pads replacing, I would suggest just taking to a ford garage for this (I went to a branded garage and it took them 2 weeks to fix). 3 - and probably the most annoying is the Bluetooth on my radio, after about 50k, the Bluetooth started continually disconnected when trying to play music from my phone, phone would show as reconnected but as soon as you played music on your phone or made a call, it disconnected straight away. At this point USB connection would not work either. The only way to fix the issue was to pull the fuse out of the fuse box (#32), switch the car on/off, plug fuse back in and restart car fixed it for a bit but I have had to repeat this process several times since the issue developed. Have not found the route cause of the issue or a permanent solution. Car has had 3 manufacturers recalls, which should have been sorted before purchasing and used/new car.
