The Best
My family has own a white model of this truck for many years. It's 2020 and still going! Has 350,000 miles on it, the motor in it is still powerful (when you crank it up in a parking lot, a lot of people look over at the truck, that tells you a lot, it's loud in a good way), reliable to the point that I would drive it across the country, comfortable, never had any major work done on it besides regular maintenance, and again ol' reliable is the best vehicle we've ever had. I love it when people turn to look at the truck when we ride down the road or crank it up. I definitely recommend this truck for anyone wanting a vehicle that's reliable, powerful, and will last forever.

The Best I've Ever Had
I really like this truck. I have owned many trucks, including other Fords and different brands, and my feelings are that Ford has always given me a better sense of trust and solidarity than any other manufacturer. I am pleased with this truck. My previous trucks have always been big V8's and with this truck only having the 4.2L V6, I had a low level of concern that it would prove to be kind of weak, however it has never disappointed me. A solid truck that's eager go everyday. This one and I may spend many happy years together.

I am and will always be a FORD MAN!
Ford makes the BEST pickups on the planet!!!
This truck rocks baby
After seeing Dodge and Chevy, Ford looks more like a urban (city) riding truck than dodge or chevy. Great Acceleration compared to 3.9L Dodge.
Waste of Money
Bought when I turned 16 in 2008 with 67,000 miles on it, 3 years later have 122,000 with all scheduled maintenance. Front suspension is nearly gone, replaced slave cylinder at 71K, shorted plug wires on valve covers at 73K, replaced rear bumper mounts at 75K, cracked the lower manifold at 94K, 95K lost the throwout bearing, 104K had ECU problems, syncros in the tranny are going...poor engineering. Truck does not have any power for passing and barely gets 15 mpg on the highway. Engine is low on torque and unreliable. Don't think I'll ever buy another Ford after this one. Only used to get to and from high school and college and work.
