Vroom vroom!!
Just leased this 2019 Ford ecosport and I'm more impressed each day I drive this subcompact!! Wasnt expecting so many bells and whistles for not even the highest class. Mine is the very fuel savvy 1 liter 3 cylinder (yes I cant believe I'm saying it let alone driving a 3cyclinder!) However If u didnt tell me it was a tiny motor I'd guess it was at least a 4 cylinder. It isnt going to win at the drag strip but it's very peppy and nimble and you never feel like you dont have enough power or get up speed. Also if u really want to fly their is the sport mode you sacrifice a little gas mpg for even.more speed and get up and go. And you can truly notice the difference. I think the ecosport looks alot nicer and beefier then other subcompact in its class and doesnt make me any less manly then my GMC sierra I traded in. I told dealer I only wanted tilt wheel and cruise control and this thing has power everything. Driver side seat, power lane change mirrors, a sweet easy intuitive tablet like device that is your main hub for radio, bluetooth devices, navigation and is easy to figure out. Seats are very comfortable ive yet to complain about comfort in this subcompact. Everything feels nicely placed for real world comfort not just for looks sacrificing comfort to get the look. Love the hatchback and how it opens like a real door not up and down. It feels fancy and unique and everyone that sees it likes it. Seats fold down if u need a little more room for groceries or whatever and for a small family or 1 to 3 people I'd say this is perfect vehicle. GREAT on gas and at 2.74 gallon $29 fills her up! 70 for my gas hog truck! Great display mood lighting inside....bright headlights and fog lights....alot of dash controls and controls on your wheel for safe distraction free as possible driving. Love new keyless startup and car recognizes when ur close and can unlock the door no fumbling with groceries in hand. Ice cold ac with auto climate control!!! Door seams are sealed for rust prevention from factory finally!!! Very sporty comfortable ride!! If longterm this thing shows to be reliable im.alrdymcomsiderimg.buying it for 12500 after my lease!! Take it for a test drive if ur looking for a nimble sporty zesty smaller vehicle for you or a family of 3. It's awesome! Glad Ford brought it to the states!! By the way this is a unbias review and my first ever brand new ford!! Switched from GM!

Brand new 4 banger
I purchased the SE AWD with the convenience package about 6 months ago with 48 miles in it. Currently it's at almost 5k miles. Interior: immaculate. The seats are comfortable, love the heated seats, the radio screen is awesome. I love that it's like a little home station that you can use to change the ambient lighting, (which is awesome), see maps, etc. Hands free calling and messaging is awesome. The steering wheel buttons make it easy to see everything you need on your dash, including different settings. The inside is more spacious than I thought. With the seats down I have been able to fit everything I've needed to. A chair, a dresser, even 8ft 2x4s. The heat and AC work great. The sunroof is easy to maneuver. The trunk has a storage space under the floor, which I'm able to keep my tools, first aid, and a blanket in with out being in the way. The only con is with the seats up, the trunk is small, and with the trunk being small there's no space for a spare tire, so in place you get fix-a-flat and a pump. Exterior: the exterior of this car looks good to the eye. It does have good crash ratings, and lots of airbags so it is a safe vehicle. The tires (16in) seem a bit small for this car, but they do the job. With 8inches of ground clearance, I've been able to travel dirt roads and off terrain with ease. The touch to lock & unlock is by far my favorite feature, which you can do on the driver's, passenger, and even rear. A couple cons: the seals on the windows are not great, so any rain water stays more in the door which I feel is going to be an issue in the future. The hatch swings to the side. While it seems like it would be a nice idea for street parking, that's not what my car is used for. It's more of a task to walk around the large door, or think about which way I need to park to make it easier to get things out of the trunk. Handling: WOW. I call her a large go cart, because that's what it feels like. While she doesn't speed up fast with ease, she handles corners and everyday travel with grace. With it being winter now, I've found myself more confident in this car than any other I've owned. The AWD system paired with traction control is phenomenal, I have yet to slip more than a foot on icy roads (yes I've tried). She handles getting out of snow great. In the summer it is a great car for traveling, as it's easy and fun to handle, especially with the blindspot and rear camera. It even has a towing capacity of up to 3k lbs, which is something I'm going to be using in the future! One con is with how little this car weighs, sometimes the wind pushes me more to the side than wanted. The gas mileage isn't what was rated, with my average being 22MPG (city & highway combined). And a feature I have to mention is the FordPass app. I absolutely love it, I'm able to start my car anywhere, & even schedule my car to start 10 mins before I leave. Unlock/lock the car from anywhere, check my gas tank, see where my car is, and even check my oil usage. Overall, for being my first NEW car, I love it. The pros outweigh the cons by far in my opinion, it's a great little SUV especially for the places with winter months. The price of this car compared to others I've looked at which the same features was definitely a large factor in choosing it as well, as it has all the bells and whistles you need at a much lower price. Overall, it's the perfect car for me at this time & I love it.

Loving my Ecosport
I love this little SUV, I just have 1 problem with it. The tires, couldn't Ford have given it better tires? I can't wait until I have to replace them. I drove an Altima before this, I feel safer driver this smaller vehicle than I did Altima. This is a little fun vehicle to drive, it does not have the umph to it but who cares, the handling of it is perfect. I can tool around town in this little thing. I have averaged 30 mpg city and highway driving, 29 city driving. The reason for only 4 stars is the tires.

FUN TO DRIVE & CUTE TO LOOK AT.
Most fun car I've had since my 1972 Super Beetle. :) Drives like a go cart, zips in and out of traffic, and I love the gas mileage I'm getting. 32 City, 40 Highway. Now, if I drive like an idiot and floor it a lot, then 29 city 32 Highway. I like that the car has plenty of pull, but doesn't accelerate too quickly like my 2.0 Fusion did. I have no complaints so far other than I miss my navigation system, but that is something I can install at a later time.

Love this car
Bought the basic 2019 Ford Ecosport in August. I don't need all of the techy stuff so this car was perfect for me. Have almost 1500 miles on it. Plenty of room and I feel the acceleration is just fine. Would not trade this car for anything else. Now 8 months later and still love the car - now 4900 miles. Nice and small, which is all I need in a car.
