Purchased a 2022 Black Diamond Bronco and enjoy most of the car, however the electronics have not been functioning properly since Day 1. After a couple of visits to the dealer they identified the problem but the part has been on backorder with no estimated arrival date for over two months now. I see plenty of new cars arriving at dealers since, but somehow no parts to repair my already purchased new car. I expected more from Ford; perhaps I shouldn't have.

My name is Nicole Woomer. I bought a Ford bronco outer banks in May 2022. On July 20th I was driving my bronco with the top half off, which bronco has a video on how to put it back. It was fully locked in. I drove in with it fine. On my way home it blew off the roof completely. I have two people who witnessed it happen and watched it completely blow off. I cried and cried because it pulled the car off the road. If I would have had my two young kids they would have been injured. The roof got completely damaged. To get it locked back on my 200 pound guy friend and I had to jump on the roof. As soon as I got home I called my dealership and Ford corporate. The dealership said to bring it down they would look at it and give me a loaner. Ford corporate said they would cover it completely because I have it under warranty and the locking mechanism gave out. The Ford corporate girls name was Sierra matto. She was very nice and reassuring. She told me this was not my fault and Ford would pay for my $850 car payment while it was down. The dealership kept my bronco for 29 days. They demanded their loaner back and said they couldn’t tell if the roof was my fault or fords. Told me it would cost me 16,000 to fix it. I was in contact with Sierra during this whole ordeal. She kept reassuring me that everything would be taken care of and Ford would take care of my payments. She said how it was absolutely not my fault and she would get the situation figured out. She finally called me today, august 23, 2022. She stated how Ford will not cover it under warranty. She said how the dealership said the roof locked. I said well yah it did and I said they are lying because it can’t be easy to get locked. It’s not safe to drive, it’s leaking water in when it rains, and the doors are hard to open because they are getting caught on the roof. I asked her if I could speak to a higher up person about this. And she said no that she has done everything she can do. I’m so disgusted with Ford. I bought every warranty in the book and the bronco is only two months old. My friends said they will absolutely never buy a Ford vehicle after seeing what I am going through. Ford does not care about their customers at all. Ford will go behind customers back and breech warranties. They make enough money to fix the roof. And look at how they treated me. It’s ridiculous. Never again will I buy from them.

Purchase a 2022 Black Diamond Bronco with 23 miles on it. Had the vehicle for 72 hours before it fell apart. Had to return to dealership due to knocking and grinding noise. Vehicle now needs a brand new front axle and transfer case. Dealership wouldn't let me out of the deal. Finally got a loaner vehicle only to find out they're making the sales guy pay for my loaner. Oh and it's no telling when. I will get the vehicle back Update... Car back in the shop. Never again

I have a 2022 Black Diamond Sasquatch 2.7 v6 10A (wasn't in the drop-down menu)....Never owned a Ford...Toyota's and VW's. The good... Yes, it's great looking, Yes, it has great road manners for a vehicle of its size and Yes, extremely capable off-road, and.......that's it!!!! I am starting to see gearing issues with the transmission, road noise is so bad you can't carry on a phone call above 60mph ( hardtop) , roof leaks, doors leak, windows when rolled down half way vibrate so badly they ether need to be all the way down or up, rear door sounds as if it's going to fall off with tire mounted to it, it looks as if they totally forgot to finish building the rear cargo area, 17mph (yes, I know, what did I expect....well better, it's 2023) , the video display freezes all the time between apps. So, if all you're going to do is pound through the woods and play in the water at a high rate of speed....perfect. Daily family car...pass!

3500 miles on Bronco Big Bend

I had it for 5 months, was in the shop 3 times with electrical problems that couldn’t be diagnosed or fixed. Additionally had to have the battery charged twice. Windows on the driver’s side had a mind of their own. Would lower themselves & when tried to get them back up they immediately went back down. My main problems were the battery & the alarm going off when there was no one close. One day while sitting in my driveway it went off 8 times until I eventually left it unlocked

I've had a Ford Bronco Big Bend (that I traded a F150 Id had for several years) for almost a month. Today's the day I decided to get rid of it for a different vehicle. The only nice things I can say is it has a nice color and turns into parking spots nicely. That's the end of the compliments. There's electrical problems. The hard top isn't sealed correctly. The engine sounds like it's grinding. There's virtually no room to run errands without lowering rear seats - which limits how many family members can travel with me. Uncomfortable. Uncomfortable. Uncomfortable I've had this vehicle 1500 miles...its going back to the dealership. Absolutely wrong vehicle for me. I've never hated a vehicle the way I hate this Bronco.

We Said Goodbye Jeep Hello Bronco

2021 Ford Bronco Badlands 4dr SUV 4WD (2.3L 4cyl Turbo 7M)

We have owned two jeep wranglers and both were great vehicles. We explored places from the desert to the mountains, took family trips etc. anyone who has owned a jeep knows the pros and cons. And the list on both sides is long. When Ford announced the Bronco we reserved right away. We just took possession of the Ford Bronco Badlands. And, after a few days of ownership we are very impressed, surprised and so far the Bronco wins in every way over the Jeep. Highlights: 1. It’s comfortable in the front seats and backseats . Hands down amazingly more comfortable compared to jeep. You can actually ride in this vehicle for hours without being miserably uncomfortable. 2. Space is perfect in front and back. It’s slightly more spacious than the Jeep Wrangler and instead of feeling crammed in can there is proper spacing that makes it very comfortable. 3. Suspension and ride is great. Compared to the Jeep it blows jeep out of the water. Driving on various road conditions is superior and comfortable. 4. Drive: if you have driven a jeep say goodbye to death wobble or a vehicle that sounds like it’s dying passed 72mph … in the new bronco you can comfortably drive 80 mph or more if wanted and the vehicle doesn’t have hood wobbles, sound like engine is maxed or struggling on the highway. You might actually enjoy road-trips versus feeding the drive to the off-road destination. Storage: about same as wrangler it is more than adequate for vehicle type. Interior style: modern and simple. I think they nailed it. It’s not overly futuristic and not some cheesy retro play. It fits the times and looks timeless . Tech: awesome. The base modem stereos and tech and better than what comes on Jeep Wrangler in so many ways. But the upgraded tech available is far better. Ford did a great job of providing good technology options and audio . Thank you! Engine - everyone will have a preference. We chose the 4 cylinder and let’s just start by saying if I line up at a red light with a Jeep Wrangler we will blow it out of the water leaving it far behind all the way to 80mph . 300 hp with turbo. I’m sure the v6 is even better but the 4 cylinder is responsive, quick, and has no real lag. Hands down beats the wrangler. Roof options: we orders hard top and all aware of the delay. So ended up with soft top. Its growing on us and with windows popped out it’s actually very cool. When it’s open it’s amazing to have full roof open. TBD if we end up loving the soft top. Recommendation- invest in the upgraded stereo or plan to do so aftermarket. The base stereo tech is good but speakers and amplifier will make you wanting more. Ford offers a great upgrade to make it easy and it’s worth it . This is my first vehicle review. Felt compelled to share out first take. While we have been multi jeep owners, at this moment I don’t believe we will ever go back. The ford Bronco badlands is a superior vehicle in all the ways that matter for us as a family.

We have put about 5000 miles on our 2022 4 door Bronco and it has performed flawlessly. Just finished a 1300 mile trip and it was very comfortable with plenty of power while averaging just under 19mpg. We have the hardtop and Sasquatch package and get compliments where ever we are. Only complaint would be the wind noise, but when you combine a removable top and a vehicle shaped like a brick I really didn't expect it to be perfectly quiet. The seats are comfortable and the ride quality if much better than a Wrangler.

3.7 with the flaws. No Flaws 4.5

2022 Ford Bronco 2dr SUV 4WD (2.3L 4cyl Turbo 7M)

Owner of a 2022 2dr 7mt 2.3l bronco. The Bad stuff first and the reason it's a 3.7. 1. The issues that may or may not happen but are common to uncommon. Like the parking brake malfunctioning for me twice. Hardtop issues, grinding noise issue for manuals (not me yet), electrical issues, and a few other to name. 2. Ford. Ford is pretty terrible. Just hope you have a backup vehicle if you need to get warranty work done cause it rare the dealership will provide a loaner and good luck finding good technicians too. The Good 1. Handling/Turn radius. It's great and turns like it's small sports car 2. Speed/acceleration. Pretty good for how heavy and box shaped it. 3. Ride quality. Great on and off road and superior to jeep. 4. Exterior. It will blend in with the jeeps from time to time but also stands out amongst the crowd. 5. Interior. It's average. nothing great but it will do. 6. MISC. G.O.A.T Mode is really great for all sorts of conditions. There are tons of aftermarket items for the Bronco and it's highly customizable. I would give this a 4.5 but after the warranty work I've had to get done on 3 different things and 1 thing multiple times. I have to give it a 3.7. If you get the grimlins out of the Bronco it's great.
