Used 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe Consumer Reviews
Smooth car
Its a fantastic vehicle!...I wouldn't change a thing about it; good looking really comfortable, great performance and handling, good gas mileage, and fun to drive!
even better
had an 02 LS. Perfectly good and reliable car but the rebates and GMCard money got me into an '04 with more options and a lower payment. I expected it to be same/same. Surprised the the new LS feels more refined. Bought the upscale LS with bucket seats, Bose, + trip computer/stearing wheel controls. Purchased the 5.3 and got 15+mpg first 2 tanks and 16+ third tank. Golly, darn.....all this power and size and repectable milage to boot. Love my Tahoe

I like it!
Other than the typical gas hog complaints, this is one great vehicle! Chevy has refined this SUV to be serviceable and comfortable.
A great SUV for the money
Wonderful car - we drive from LA to Scottsdale 4 times per year. The freeway ride is luxurious and comfortable. The DVD player is a must have for the kids. Third row seat is pretty handy, but wow, you get a lot of storage space when you remove them. I considered a Range Rover but am so glad I bought this - it's not as luxurious, but the bang for the buck is much higher in the Tahoe. All this and it tackles rain and snow on ski trips flawlessly.
The Best Bang for the Buck!
I have a Tahoe and will never spend any more money on an Escalade that is priced at $15,000 more than the Tahoe. Its insane. Don't get me wrong the Caddy is nice but I couldn't get myself to spend $15,000 more for the caddy. My Tahoe is great. If Chevy keeps building nice Tahoes I will be a lifetime buyer.
