Used 2003 Chevrolet Malibu Consumer Reviews
Dump this vehicle
Bought new in Dec 2002. Well maintained with regular oil changes. Replaced brakes every 20k, replaced fuel pump, replaced fuel filters every 20k, shock absorber gone, required head gaskets, just dump it, not worth fixing.
I love this car!!!!!
I bought my malibu about three months ago and i have to say that im amazed. At first I only bought it cause it was cheep but ive realized that it was probably the best decesion that ive ever made as far as cars go.
leased car
on the whole it has been a good car. had problems with the brakes- replace pads and rotors at about the 25000 mile mark.
Great style at a great price
We love our Malibu. Few cosmetic problems on delivery (scratches and interior grime) of which the dealer took care of right away. Awesome sound system; plenty of storage, and an oversized, "flat" trunk which looks huge. The fold down rear seats are very useful. The features and additions were very plentiful and affordable. We are VERY happy.
piece of....well you know
This was my first actual car and I was so excited...until. I got stranded in the middle of a road trip because of the fuel pump. Then the thermostat went, replaced rotors twice. Leaking coolant, had to replace gaskets and water pump. I haven't had the car two years. Locks went weird. Overall it's been disappointing to say the least. i'm in school and cant afford a new car any time soon >:[
