Vehicle2006 Chevrolet HHR LT 4dr Wagon (2.2L 4cyl 5M)
Reviewmy 2006 chevy HHR is leaking on the passenger side. The water is coming in from the air filter that is located under the hood. below the right windshield wiper. There is a big pocket and a air filter there so when it rains it runs right in under the dashboard. I read that many other people are having the same trouble. Chevy needs to make this a recall or they are going to lose hard working peoples business. Just one person will
tell hundreds of people.
If there are enough complaints maybe they will do something about this major problem. I went to
[violative content deleted] , Still waiting for a response .
Also read they are terrible in the snow even with studs on them.
Best FeaturesI like the way is handles on the road.

Okay,, I understand why you must go through alot to post a comment but it took too much of my business time. I wanted to post this today about the 2006 HHR. My 2006 HHR has been having leak issues for about a year now. We thought it was the sunroof. Had that sealed and taken care of to no avail. Now since it is rainy season in Washington it is still leaking horribly. The back has standing water of about 8 inches and the front is fully soaked. We do not know where all this water is coming from and how? We have had it taken to garages and they cannot find it... I now have a ton of black mold in it and its gotten worse. I am at my wits end with this issue. The engine is wonderful and only 40,000 mi. on it. Everything else is working. I just do not know what to do next? If there is any suggestion from anyone here please let me know.Report it
