Used 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Consumer Reviews
Great Car. No regrets
I've owned my 2016 Cruze for a year and have had no problems. It's been reliable, great on gas and no mechanical issues. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the vehicle to others.

2016 Manual Cruze
This car is mostly great. If you don’t have a lead foot, you can get pretty good gas mileage. I’ve been averaging about 26-31 City, and 39-45 on the Highway! What’s more, is it’s pretty peppy. I don’t get some reviews saying it’s slow, they need to drive a regular Elantra or Corolla and then they’ll know what’s slow. Overall, it’s a great car and I recommend it.

Worth it!
I bought my Cruze about 8 months ago, it was at 83,XXX miles and now it’s almost 103,XXX. It’s an LT model with the RS package. Amazing fuel mileage, on my short 55mph commutes to work I average about 50-55mpg, that is definitely the sweet spot for this car is 55-60mph. Mine is the 6 speed manual and is a very solid transmission, 1st gear is a little too low for my liking and unless you give it a little more gas to get going, it’ll accelerate from 0 just fine. The manual does not have the start/stop option(thank GOD) and is just overall a good transmission. Running 80 it sits at about 2500rpm and is still pretty efficient. I have gotten it up to 136mph before I gave up(not reccomemded). It gets up and goes when I need it to and passes whoever I want to pass. I have had 0 issues with it since I got it(we’ll see if it lasts), I take very good care of it. The black paint option is also very good looking when it’s cleaned/shined. The functionality of the vehicle is also pretty solid, the infotainment is everything you need while still remaining basic enough to learn how to operate it pretty quickly. The cluster tells me everything I need to know about the car and has all kinds of tools to use. The heater/A/C works really well, and the leg room in every seat is great. I do wish the seats had lumbar support as they’re not the most comfortable for long road trips, especially if you have back pain like me. Other than that, it’s been a good car to me and hasn’t given me any trouble. Pros: Fuel Economy!! Enough Acceleration Plenty of leg room Big trunk for its size Handles well around corners Ride quality is comfortable Stock sound system is good User friendly Cons: Sun visors don’t extend No lumbar support Little bit sluggish off the line if 1st isn’t used right Would highly recommend for a college student or every day mid-distance commuter to work. It’s a good ride for the money.

I love my car the only thing that ive a problem with was the thermometer stat had to change it then the sensor had to be changed then the fan relay had to be changed. Hopefully thats the end of replacement of parts.only have 60,000. Miles on it.

BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ON THIS ONE!
Auto stop feature totally ruins the car. Too many recalls. And serious issue with the Oxygen Sensor. This will be my 5th time in less than 2 years taking it in yet again this week. The bad part is, I paid extra for this Trim package to have the Remote Start in this cold Ohio weather. Everytime my Oxygen Sensor has issues and the engine light comes on, The remote start does not work! I am glad it was just a lease because I would never buy this car, or lease another one. I will say it looks nice, but that does me no good when it isn't a sound car mechanically.
