I absolutely love my Imperial Blue Camaro 2LT with grey interior. The inside and out are both so beautiful and the seats are extremely plush and comfortable. Cops are rude but I expected that! The trunk is small but it holds everything I need it to and I have no problem with blind spots at all, you get used to it after a while. The sound system is banging! XM and onstar is fantastic, I can start my car from my iPhone it is awesome! Back up cam is so nice to have. LOVE turning corners, no slowing down required. So many features I am very spoiled now, and extremely pleased with the car I couldn't ask for anything better. Many stares and compliments also.

The avalanche of accolades/thumbs up from bystanders & motorists, young & old, guy or girl, are telling. This is America (Canadians helped) at its best. People respect the SS b/c they think it's sexy, fast - & they'd be half right. What they don't know is how comfortable the ride is even on 20"s (better than my Toureg/C class), how easy it is to drive in town, how stable it is at freeway speeds & how comfortable/roomy this interior is (headroom not withstanding). The white stripe package on black pops, but few cars under 100k elicit the positive vibes this Super Skunk is getting. Doesn't handle w/ the immediacy of a 997 I test drove, but is much more relaxing to drive.

I purchase a new 2012 Camaro 2LT Convertible. The car has the top problems, rub marks, and started cutting a hole in its top. GM has no fix for this. The car was very nice, but overpriced for what you get. I had the recall done, still had problems. I have since sold the car.

I purchased a 2012 Camaro convertible (V6) 2LT with the 45th anniversary package and the vehicle is awesome. It handles great and looks great (getting lots of compliments). I considered the Mustang but thought the options available on the Camaro were much better (i.e., the Mustang only had the option for 18 inch wheels where the Camaro comes standard with that and has options for the 19 and 20 inch wheels). Also, the Camaro looks much nicer (in my opinion). Great car.

Purchased my 2012 Cherry red Camaro from Midway Chevrolet in North Phoenix. This car is amazing, it is quite simply the best performing car I've ever owned. This is my third Camaro, 68 Coupe and 02 Coupe with T-Tops. She has an incredible suspension that masks how quickly she accelerates. The double takes are awesome as she stands out in a sea of cars. Amazing lines true to the 69, and the seats feel like a glove when you sit inside. If you test drive this car, expect to buy it, the salesman who sold her to me never had to apply an ounce of pressure, I was hooked before I completed the test drive. I also strongly recommend Midway Chevrolet. They really took care of me!

Just bought my very own 1LT RS last week, and I can't even describe how much I love it. The looks, ride and feel are incredible. It can really kick when you need it to, but it actually gets good mpg's, believe it or not. Where else are you going to find a 323HP V6 that looks this sexy and gets 30mpg highway [and can get up to 34!]. It's really a phenomenal sports car, has tons of character and vibe, and the appointments on the RS package are perfect. My only "complaint" would be that you have to pay the extra RS upcharge to get the really beautiful cosmetics [wheels and lights, mainly]. But it's worth every penny. Go test drive one. You'll be hooked.

My Camaro has surprised me in almost every aspect. The first one being the comfort of the seats. I am very picky about how comfortable the seats are, and when I first sat in one, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it doesn't have specific lumbar support, it supports you in a way that you don't really need it. It drives tight, the road noise is minimal, when you want to get a little thrill this baby can get up and go. It has a very soft clutch, so it was very forgiving of a first time manual owner like myself. The interior is very simple, but stylish. The sound system for a base model is amazing! The steering wheel feels a little cheap, but a nice leather steering wheel cover fixes that.

Best car I ever owned in 23 years of driving. Installed borla cat back exhaust , BBK cold air intake and diablo tune. Got it right around 450HP at the flywheel. The launch feels like a big block is under the hood. Chevy did a great job with the design of the engine. It's a rocket however your sure to get a few tickets if your not careful. I think im doing the speed limit and find out im cruising along at 85mph. And she only has 5100 miles on it. Forget the V6 I test drove it and the low end torque is nothing compared to the SS ...I highly recommend this car.

I purchased my Camaro from the dealer in March of 2014. It was a trade-in with 7,000 miles, so it is practically new. The drivers and passengers seats are extremely comfortable, but there is practically no leg room in the back seat if the people in the front are of normal height. So if you are looking to have more than one passenger then this is not the car for you. Vision to the rear is some what limited, but the backup camera solves this issue. If you are looking for a fun car that turns a lot of heads, you can't go wrong with the SS convertible.

Bought a dark grey SS/RS convertible 6 mos ago with auto transmission. The engine sound and exhaust are pretty weak for an american muscle car. Mustang 5.0 sounds much better but I really wanted a Camaro. I have modified it with American Racing Headers, Cold Air intake and MagnaFlow exhaust. It now is quicker and sounds so much better. The 2013 iSS will take care of my comments about sound etc.. Overall, really enjoy the car and get lots of compliments.

I drive over 30 miles each way to work and back. The car is comfortable with no road noise and a great sound system. I purchase the car used with less than 9000 miles so it was like new. Have upgraded to a 2LT minus the leather seats. Only drawback is the built-in child seats, do not put an adult or person older then 10 years old back there.

I bought mine used, was about 2 years old. Being the "stripper model" gave me a blank slate to make it mine. I put after market wheels, exhaust, strut tower brace and a cold air kit to name a few things. The color is Imperial Blue Metallic, very understated(no stripes), that color just pops. I love all the comments I get when I'm out driving. It's plenty fast for me even with the 6cyl, handles like a dream. The only downside for me is that I'm 6'2, so I just have to be careful getting in and out of the car without hitting my head. Once I get in it's great! Why people even mention the back seat, you don't buy these kind of cars if you need a back seat. I think I've only had one or two people sit in the back in the almost 3 years I've had it. Love it Love it!!!

3,000 miles = grinding noise while in motion. 3,500 miles = grinding noise fixed by dealer said it was parking brake engaging while in drive. 3,500 miles = Front Engine cover oil leaks 3,800 mile = Engine oil pan leaks I contacted Generl Motors and explain that this car is falling apart before 4,000 miles. Taylor at Technical Customer Service says thats why it comes with a warranty. All we can do is repair it when it occurs. After two weeks of phone tag GM offers to give me complimentary oil change. I need to return the headache to GM but according to them thats not possible so here it is less than 4,000 miles and car will be in shop for a week to try to fix 2 oil leaks. Acceptable?

(Wont Buy Another Chevy) because Last year I bought a "new" 2012 Camaro. Kept it for a year, didn't like it much and went to trade it in at another car brand dealership. They ask me how it had been wrecked. I told them I bought it new and it had not been wrecked. As it turns out Carfax said it had been wrecked before I bought the car, checked the vin code, it was correct. They had sold me what I thought was a new car which had been wrecked. Went back to the GM dealer, the service manager said they did not know it had been wrecked and refused to do anything about it. I called GM to complain and get something done about it. They sided with the dealer! Maher Chevrolet, ST Pete, Fl.

Purchased this Camaro from Duvall Motors in Clayton, Goergia. We have bought many vehicles from them, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. We traded in our bright YELLOW LT coupe 2010 Camaro. We just loved that car, but when we saw this convertible on the showroom floor..my wife and I were sold! Luckily this vehicle had been custom ordered and, indeed has the 6cyl automatic transmission. Smooth' and comfortable for long trips, and the two tone interior makes this car just a little more fun to drive! One bonus in the convertible model is that you can raise the seats enough to have a slightly better road view, and the higher profile of the convertible top gives extra headroom.

Had looked at 2012 Camaro's in early 2012 but didn't buy one. In October 2012 i saw Hertz had an ex rental 2012 available for 3 day test drive with a view to buying it. Fast forward a few days and i've bought it with 33,000 miles for $22,500, 2 LT in Victory red with auto box, leather, reverse camera, heated seat, HUD etc. Just under a year later and i've put another 11,000 miles on it, not a thing has gone wrong with it. Incredible power for a V6, great brakes and handling, quiet too with an excellent sound system.

I am a fan of muscle cars and the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is no slacker. The ferocity of the ZL1 is matched by no other car in its class, in my opinion anyways. The 6.2 Liter V8 is a monster to be reckoned with, pumping out 580 horsepower with a 6-speed transmission. This car makes me want to drool! The power doesn’t come at a hefty cost, and I mean that in more one way. Not only will you be paying this car off for many, many years with a $54,000 price tag, the ZL1 gets only 14/19 mpg running on premium gas! It will not be much fun never having money, but at least you will be driving a very cool car! I have always loved muscle cars and my favorite all time is the 1970 Chevy Camaro Z28! If I could drive one, or even own one, someday I would be a very happy man! I hope I’m as lucky to….(msp52)

I hear "Nice Car". At the gas station or store or even a neighbor walking by, they all say something. I just smile and say thanks. I drove the car from Florida to Durham NC. I filled up at South of the Boarder in South Carolina after driving from Bradenton. The fuel range was 522 miles after the fill up! That's because I was averaging 32 miles a gallon going 76 - 79 mph. The gas from BP works better than other any other gas I have tried. Not one creek or squeak or oil leak and I have had the car for 9 months and 10,000 miles. My Camaro is black automatic 2LS. My 39 month lease payment is under $300.00. I had the gm card that was good for 2k and put 1k down. Lease the car!

I have owned my 2012 Camaro SS/RS for awhile now, and currently has over 104k miles on it. It's the automatic with paddle shifters, but I actually prefer it to shift by itself since the paddles seem a little slower to respond since I raised the shift points when I tuned it. The power is incredible, and it seems like everyone wants to race me. So far everyone has lost, including a nice shiny 911 Porsche. He had a very hard time believing he couldn't catch me. Another guy in a BMW 700 series with nitrous had to stop and ask me what I had in it since I smoked his Beemer too. I also removed the speed limiter and have taken it up to 165 on the toll road, with plenty left to go. I've never had a single problem with the car, although the HUD was replaced under warranty before I bought the car. If it's real cold out the HUD tends to fade in and out, but in Texas it doesn't get cold very often. Love my Camaro SS!!!

The fabulous 2012 Camaro is an extremely fun car to drive! Chevrolet managed to bring back the echos from the past when they re-invented the Camero in 2010. I had to search fairly hard to find a 2SS and had to go pretty far to put my hands on this machine. Get the 2SS at all costs! The accessories are well worth it! This is a street-legal race-car...make no mistake.

I bought a new base model in 2012.. v6 very smooth and powerful, could do burnouts easily, Could do 70 mph in 2nd gear. Nice quiet solid car that handled good and had a good ride. I loved the styling, it had a corvette feel to it.. the Stock Stereo was too weak but i added an amp to it. Sold it at 92,000 miles, the only problem i had with was a bad throttle sensor (pedal) at 48,000, was not covered under powertrain warranty. A minor repair. Nice looking durable interior. The interior was roomy, more so than the new models. But sitting low its a little strenuous getting in and out… but Very sorry i sold the car and miss it. The car had plenty of life in it at 92,000 miles and still drove like new.

If you're looking for a "sporty" car at a reasonable price, the gen 5 Camaro is it! The best years are 2012-2013, since you get the more powerful 323 V-6, and triple rear brake lights which I prefer. Options, such as remote starting, HUD and rear view cameras vary, so pay attention to this. If you are looking for this year range, try to stay under the 60,000-80,000 mi. range. UPDATE I have since purchased a 2012 silver Camaro coupe. I wanted a convertible, but when this car showed up with 45,000 miles, I jumped! The car is everything I wanted! It's comfortable, tight and most important, good looking! It's lines "blow away" those of any Chrysler product! The only reliability issue is a well known problem, the radio. It cuts out all the time! But so far, everything else about the car has been perfect!

Definitely it'll turns heads, I have only seen one other like this in my vicinity . Love it,especially with top down! Also includes ground effects all around.

The blend door is a cheap piece of plastic. The Dealership quoted me 1900 dollars. The entire dash has to come out plus the windshield. They said they recommend to prevent leaks to buy a new windshield. All of this for a $30 part. I have to spend this much money to feel ac in my dream car. I am highly disappointed in Chevy.
