Cue system a problem
Nice looking, good size. CUE system a nightmare to keep fingerprints off. After warranty expired ( around 57,000 miles) the CUE system was working intermittently. Seems like this is an on going problem with over various years with Cadillac. No fix available would have to remove and replace $1,400-$1,600 expense. I saw hand writing on the wall and traded it for a Lexus.

So many problems
I bought the 2015 Cadillac SRX Premium with 23,000 miles in 2019 and I’ve had the CUE screen freeze up and the dealership tell me it would cost $1500 to fix so I bought a new screen from Amazon and watching a YouTube fixed it myself. Cost me $50. I’ve had the air conditioning compressor go out and that cost me $1500. I’ve needed brakes and drums twice. Now a month after replacing my AC compressor and spending $1500, my ABS and Stabilitrak lights are on so I have to take it into the dealership tomorrow for service and guess what! All the loaners are out so I have to find someone who can drive with me to drop off my vehicle. I’ll be paying this off and getting away from Cadillac!

Don’t drive in the dark!
If you live in a rural area, stay away. The night driving lights work as flashlights. You will need to keep the high beams on constantly. I have changed to LED lighting, but it is all in the design. Sad, because I love everything else about the SRX!
Not a bad car, quite, acceleration is ok not great
the car is a little heavy but rides well, a good highway cruiser quite inside burns regular gas not a lot of power but enough to handle traffic. Touch screen went out, 200 bucks to replace I understand that is a flaw in the Cue system but overall the reliability seems to be good, much better than the BMW X3 I replaced it with, overall, one of the better cars I have had over the last 50 years
