    Hi all, I'm looking at a Liquid Silver/Ivory 2007 XJ8 VDP lease. What have others been paying over invoice??? I've gotten a dealer to agree to 2.18% over, but would like to pay 1%, sound reasonable? Jaguar incentives are quite good now at $6200 cash back and 4.9% money factor.     You are better off leasing a 2007, assuming there are no lease deals on a 2006. The residual value on a 2007 is higher than a 2006, so the actual amount of the car you are leasing is less.     Unfortunately the Jaguar XF concept wasn't there for public viewing, only the press days. The Ford/Lincoln concepts didn't impress me.     I haven't seen a 2007 car that has a good looking color scheme yet. 98% of all new car interiors are egg shell, gray, black tan, etc. NO red, blue, yellow Green. Buy a Maserati QP. They'll be happy to use any color leather you like.

    By now, you shold have received info regarding this or a similar problem. As of this date, there is an embargo on the sale of ALL 2006 & 2007 Jag XJ's, due to a fuel tank issue. The solution is at hand, and I presume all XJ's will be refitted with a newly designed gas tank.

I think Jaguar will rule the luxury automobile industry because the company added a distinctive feature on the exterior of its automobiles for the 2006 and beyond models.
