2003 Dodge Neon SRT-4 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl Turbo 5M)
I knew it would be fun, but the SRT4
also had a better ride than I thought
it would (it is very stiff, but not
jarring, and fine on the highway). The
clutch, transmission, and throttle are
more direct than our '03 SXT Neon,
which makes it easier to get going from
stoplights, and for matching revs when
downshifting from 5th to 4th. We
compared it with the Mini, WRX STI, and
Evo, and for us found it had the best
fun-to-drive-for-the-buck ratio, and
also the most usable back seat.
Sweet, Sweet motor. Great
transformation of the standard Neon.
