Used 2017 Volvo S90 Consumer Reviews
The ultimate Nanny car.
This car has at least 100 "warnings" built into it that the dealer says he can't cancel. So imagine driving down the freeway at 75mph and the streering wheel starts shaking, the dash has a bell that screams at you and a red alarm warning goes of in your face. Five seconds, literally, it is all over!!! But when it is happening, it will scare the crap out of you!!!!!!!! And it happens repeatedly!!!

Don't buy an S90 if you live in a city!
The bumpers, if tapped, cost over $2000 to repair because the sensors for the blind spot monitoring system are in them! What a major design flaw. We got tapped in a parking lot - and then were told the bad news. You could barely see the ding on the bumper - but the warning light came on. Come on, now, everyone gets tapped in city parking. UPDATE: Sold the volvo early in 2020 - and did NOT buy another volvo for this reason (and we had been a volvo owner for many years and models). They all have the same design flaw.

Best car ever!
For me it was between the Audi A6 and S90. Having test driven both models i fell in love with the interior of the S90. I heard about the issues with the infotainment so i checked that it was working properly with no delay issues. I felt that if i purchased the A6 i would have to buy bigger tires and lower the car and optimize it compared to the S90 with 20 inch rims and with the polestar tune. It was a complete package that handles well for its size. If i wanted a sports car then i would not look at this segment so i dont understand the critics talking negative about the exhaust sound and so forth. This is a comfortable, safe, stable car with decent reliability so i am very satisfied with my purchase. Yes i would recommend it.

2017 S90 Momentum
No-nonsense luxury, great looks, and respectable fuel economy, the S90 is the best car I've owned. I've been through BMW, Audi, and VWs. While it doesn't handle like "it's on rails," I am no longer in my 20s and I also have a family, so I'm not taking entrance ramps at twice the recommended speed limit like I used to. The car is comfortable, responsive, and has in incredible sound system which, as an audiophile, is very important to me. I agree with some of the other reviews that the infotainment system is a little sluggish, but it's not terrible. If you're looking for a refined ride with great looks and good gas mileagle, check the S90s out. I've had it for a year and there have been no problems (bought it cpo in 2019).

love our s90
we are 21 months into our 36 month lease and the only issue that we have is that the navigation is not as good as it could be.
