2020 S60 T6 Inscription w/polestar upgrade
I have owned my T6 for a little over a year now and my disappointment has grown the more and more I drive it. I have had multiple, nagging issues such as: Chassis vibration (even after tire swap), door seal issues, gas filler cap replacement (going on four now), sun roof shuttering (known issues), and general comfort issues. Granted most of these issues are warranty items and can be taken care of with little or no cost. But, it is the time to take the vehicle and either wait, or leave it and wait to pick it up that aggravates me. I liked the car when I originally purchased it, but as time goes on I do not enjoy driving it anymore. I knew purchasing a Volvo would not equate into a performance orientated drive. I have to say, this thing is terrible even if pushed at 5/10 on a off/on ramp. Bad body roll, sub par braking, road noise and a general disconnect from the road. My wife has a older Infinitii Q50 that feels more comfortable and quiet than this over engineered Volvo. It also has odd shifting habits between 40 and 50 mph(most common speed here) where it want to hunt for gears. Anyone of these issues alone are not deal breakers, I just think this car is a pig in sheep's clothing. It looks nice, but the paint is terrible for a $50,000+ car and I don't anticipate it lasting as long as Volvos of years past. I would lease if at all possible because the quality does not resonate with the pricetag.

Loving the S60 Second Time Around
Our last car was a 2006 S60. Great car, sold it with reservation to get the new one. The 2006 had no mechanical issues; just regular maintenance as long as we owned it (165,000 miles). One of the most spectacular things about the car was not a hint of rust after 13 Michigan winters - none. We have experienced, and fully expect to continue to experience, great power, handling, styling and reliability from the new S60. The AWD is incredible in the snow and ice. Drove it 2,600 miles to FL and back and the seats amazed us. The car makes driving enjoyable; a car that you look forward to getting into. Absolutely nothing negative to share.

Great Buy
When considering getting a new vehicle, I looked at Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Lexus, BMW, Audi, and Volvo. When I was testing out all of the vehicles, I personally thought the Volvo S60 R-Design was amazing. Starting with the exterior styling and the interior design. I have read many reviews complaining about the comfortably, technology, rough ride, and the r-design sitting too low... I have not had any issues with mine since purchasing it last September. The ride in an Audi is by far rougher than the Volvo. Technology has been easy to use compared to our Mercedes-Benz and Lexus. Seats are VERY comfortable and support your body. With it being an R-Design, yes it sits a little bit lower which I personally like. The only thing that I did not like was that there was no option to get blond interior which I got over. Great Buy for the cost.

2021 T6 AWD Inscription
The T6 engine has all the grunt and low end torque one would expect from its competitors at BMW or Audi. Where the S60 pulls slightly ahead of the competition is its refined and comfortable ride and its provision of calm ambience. To personify the car it is much like a sleeping jungle cat - which is awoken by a simple tap of the accelerator. I have owned my T6 Inscription for about a week and have had nothing but compliments from passengers and onlookers for its elegant, understated styling. Those who ride in the back feel like they have as much leg room as a 5-series BMW, and overtaking vehicles seems effortless and surprising due to the cars soft suspension. The double-cream that I appear to be driving on seems to be torn up behind me when I give it the goods. All-around, one of my favorite cars I’ve owned.

Test drive on highway before you buy
I bought this car 2 weeks back, it was a demo model with 250 miles on it. After a week of buying this car, I decided to go on a long drive. As soon as I hit the highway, the steering wheel started vibrating a lot. The vibration started usually at speeds above 75 mph and it gets worse. After reading online seems like it a common issue with even brand new Volvos and the company knows about this issue. These issues have frustrated the customers so much that they had to lemon their vehicles. The other day, my front right parking sensors didn't work and as I was parking the front wheel hit the curb and my alloy wheel got damaged. Volvo's are known for their safety but these issues are a potential safety issue. If they can't make their cars function properly then their cars are road hazard, dangerous and There is no sense in having those advanced systems. In these 2 weeks, I am highly disappointed with my purchase and just want to get my money back.
