This is a very complete car for the price and I was surprised by all the equipment it came with. The SE offers leatherette perforated seats, LED exterior lighting, digital cockpit and AC controls wireless charges and appleplay, Chat gpt integration and a pleasant interior layout. It is not a breakthrough inside and out but a conservative and well executed refreshed design. Mine had a big sunroof a frameless homelink rearview mirror and all the goodies that this trim offers for a price around 25K. This car is not compact at all, very roomy and I believe is the largest in the segment almost into midsize territory.. Did not give the 5 stars due to the annoying turbo lag and the sensors giving false malfunctions from time to time. But let's not forget this is an economy car and it costs half the cost of the average new car transaction in the USA. So far I'm happy with it. Had a 2018 before this one with104K miles with no issues at all in all those years.

This car holds the road, has pep and goes over bumps very smoothly. Different drive modes are available on the SEL.

First off I like to say that I always like Volkswagen friends and family has them, but I never given the car as crappy as the one I bought from executive Volkswagen and New Haven, Connecticut. Since day one, I drove Off a lot with the vehicle, I noticed clunking coming from the front end. The transmission is very jerky And wants to shift down Shift. The alignment went off at least eight times. I’ve been to 3 different dealerships Also, also in communication with the manufacturer with my Concerns and complaints they all Gave it an alignment and did not replace one time bolts only. When I receive the alignment printouts back, they were still in the red. They cannot correct the alignment repair attempts were made, and they still will not refund my money back. These cars are riddled with issues Apple CarPlay continuously disconnects. Climate control only blows, extreme hot or extreme clot, but nothing in the middle. Driver seat is jiggly on the track and door does not close properly. The list goes on. But nobody wants to take responsibility. The dealership say my car is perfectly fine. I have friends and family, the same exact and there is nothing to compare My car is clearly Faulty and the manufacturer does not want to take responsibility. Fathers and sons Volkswagen and Springfield ma Volkswagen of North Hampton ma And especially executive Volkswagen these guys are all criminals. They do not provide any valuable information or answer questions regarding technical Range of the vehicle when they describe vehicle is fine. And when you say you wanna record their phone call, they suddenly stop talking . I think this company went downhill, including their dealerships. They do not correspond with dealerships to make them take responsibility for damages. They cost of vehicle or manufacturing issues. Constantly give me the runaround. I’m currently working with a consumer attorney multiple specialist looking at my vehicle and they still deny it . I’m not sure what to do. I need help and I’m making payments on this vehicle and it’s leaking oil as well and they do not take responsibility. I can’t stress enough.

DO NOT BUY A 2025 VW JETTA

GP, 02/12/2025
2025 Volkswagen Jetta S 4dr Sedan (1.5L 4cyl Turbo 8A)

We purchased a brand-new 2025 VW Jetta with only 13 miles on it. After driving it for just 10 days, the transmission began to slip. We took the car to the dealership, and now, 43 days later, we still do not have it back. The salesperson failed to mention that these new Jettas come with a Hyundai transmission after knowing that we did not want anything to do with Hyundai. If we had known this, we would not have made the purchase. Volkswagen calls us every other day with the same update: "They are still working on the car." We considered opening a lemon law case, but according to the Georgia Attorney General's website, they cannot compel the manufacturer to buy back the car, which could take months. Most likely will have to get a lawyer involved.
