Atlas VW w/Tech
I like the car very much. The interior is very well appointed. I really like the size of the tires. Its ride is very smooth and quiet. The interior digital appointments are also fascinating! The engine groans, strains and stalls if you push it a bit hard but otherwise it's a pleasant car.

Off to a bad start
Our 2025 Atlas SE with Technology started dripping oil on the driveway at 194 miles, five days after we purchased it. I returned to the dealer for service and they found the oil supply and return lines for the turbocharger were leaking. The repair took 2 days. The dealer was a little too nonchalant about this, which is slightly concerning. Either they truly don’t care, now that they have been paid in full for the vehicle, or they see it more often than they will admit. In either case, it’s not a good start for my first VW purchase.

Above avg midsize suv
Good sized interior, with comfortable seating for larger people. Among the spacious cargo area against others its size. Didn’t like that it’s not a six cylinder engine and feel that’s a deterrent for someone that keeps cars for many years
