This dealership is full of [non-permissible content removed] and that’s mildly speaking. They sold me a car using autocheck not Carfax (beware of that) after buying the car if found out via Carfax it had damage/accident as well as failed emissions twice while in that dealerships ownership and wasn’t reported on autocheck nor was it told to me in good faith by this dealership. I sold the car back at a loss and now they are aware of the damage of this vehicle, I cannot believe it but they actually have this vehicle up for sale again on their lot with another autocheck report showing still none of this damage and not only that I’m second owner had it titled in my name and everything and they are passing this off as a 1 owner. Do not trust this dealership or Suntrup in general as I went up to the executive level and they were less than willing to do the right thing. Clearly they’re unethical at best selling this vehicle again and this time KNOWING about the damage.

First time with carvana, we bought a RC350. As one of my bank accounts was locked they had a hard time with funds transfer. not their fault. They worked with me over the phone and got everything solved. We wanted to see the jukebox in Phoenix. Interesting but Ill have it delivered next time. Everyone I worked with at Carvana was super friendly and helpful. Now after having the car a few days my short wife was struggling with blind spots and wasn't comfy with the car. They came and picked it up...that simple. I will say that the condition of the vehicle was about perfect. I was sad to see it go and I would definitively use Carvana for any additional purchase. We have been looking at used cars locally also and the quality of what i see at dealers for similar price doesnt compare.

I'm fuming right now. I called to make an appointment for a test drive at the Canoga Park Carmax. I gave them the car's stock number. They said to come in at 8PM for the test drive. Great! I get there at 8 on the dot, sign in... car doesn't seem to be ready. In fact, a salesperson doesn't see me until 8:30. We then take 15 minutes to process my insurance, copy my driver's license for the test drive, by now it's 8:45... and they say it's too late to do the test drive. Dude, I drove from West Hollywood for this friggin' test drive. 45 minutes there, 45 minutes at Carmax, and a 40 minute drive back... 2 HOURS AND 10 MINUTES of my life and I don't even get to drive the friggin' car?!? The manager said the only thing he could do is reschedule the test drive for the following day. I was on time. Why did I even bother scheduling a test drive? Sorry buddy, you lost a customer. Too bad, the car looked sweet too.
