2021 Mazda CX-9
I loved my first one, 2008 car of the year, but decided after 13 perfect years (53,000 miles) that I should learn the new technology so I essentially gave it away. It is still running today. Regarding my 2021, I have read that it's not good for tall people but it turns out that it isn't really good for very short people. I am 4'11" and seat is as high as possible but I feel it should be … higher. I bought this car online during covid and therefore never saw interior. I requested light colored headliner and seats and assumed incorrectly that rest of interior would be light, like my tan interior in 2008. It turned out to be black, like so many other vehicles today. I really hate the black interior and may have decided against this car had I seen it. One other complaint is the heated seats never get as warm as domestic vehicle seats. The dealer lied and tried to tell me my car does not have "heated" seats, only "seat warmers." My vehicle sticker says heated. Other than these complaints, I still love my CX-9 and I was unhappy to hear Mazda will no longer manufacture the CX-9 model. I am hoping my 2021 will be as great overall as my 2008.
