    Henry, I did have trouble getting in touch with your sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I live in Park City and have my son home from school on break. I found the truck I wanted and would have liked to get all the details done before I came into the dealership. It was completely impossible to get a price from 3 of your sales staff and what rebates I could qualify for. Your web price showed rebates together that cannot be used together (I know you have a disclaimer about that which is why I wanted to get a firm price before I came in). After using your online vehicle purchase I figured out the price and rebates that worked and sent it to the salesman to verify. (At this point I should have earned the commission on the sale my self, since I had done all the work ). I was ready to purchase the truck when I got a text from the salesman that the truck is actually more expensive than the price listed (all the add ons where listed on the sticker/web description.). So what add ons he was referring to is unknown to me and to him. I would have guessed that in this day and age with direct to consumer car companies coming more popular that your sales team would at least know the price of the vehicles they sell. The just before purchase price increase seems very illegal and something out of old sleazy car salesman stories. I am a local business owner and I would never be allowed to get away with doing this to my clients, nor would I want the reputation of doing that kind of sleazy negation. Unless I am wrong I do believe you cannot lead a person on about a price (which I was told the price on the truck was 47k and it is impossible to get that price once you want to buy the truck, even through your online purchase? I am also curious what would have happen if I continued with the online sale? Would you have still changed the price? I am glad I did’t, I don’t trust you having my personal information. You may want to read the Utah code Truth in Advertising below; Utah Code 13-11a-1, et seq.: Truth in Advertising Wrong if "makes false or misleading statements of fact concerning the reasons for, existence of, or amounts of price reductions, including the false use of any of the following expressions in an advertisement" I have never purchased a vehicle from you and I am the type of person that honors honesty, respect with loyalty. My last vehicle I purchased from Riverton Chevy. 2012 Chevy Avalanche. I have for the life of my truck used their service dept for everything on my truck, Oil changes, tires, rotations, even to change out my wiper blades. I tell you this because I am not a “give me a deal and never see me again”. The dealership I use is as important as the vehicle I drive. I would say at this point you have not in any way earned my business. I hope you will take extra care in removing my name, email and phone number from any of your sales follow ups. I will not be polite if I am contacted from one of your subpar sales staff about wanting to get me in a truck. I am guessing based on the service I received that you might have gotten a few emails just like this before. My advice to you, would be to get with the times. Service is was sells now and sleazy sales tactics are so old and used up. With a quick search on the net I can find all the pricing you pay for your trucks and what others have paid in other cities states etc. You aren’t fooling anyone. Warmly, Brian

    We purchased a vehicle from Tim Dahle Infiniti in Murray on Oct. 11th. The next day I returned to the dealership and told them they charged us $479 for VTR insurance and oil changes we clearly told them we didn’t want. The finance rep. verified with our sales rep what I was saying was correct. He received permission from a manager, and said a check would be put in the mail. After 3 weeks the promised check never came so I called the finance department. I wasn’t able to get through immediately. I called multiple times, and left messages that were not returned. On Nov. 13th I was finally able to get a finance rep on the phone, Wes. Wes was the same finance rep who originally charged us the extra $479. Wes said he needed to verify that what I was saying was true (apparently he didn’t remember us). He asked if I had a copy of the contract, and proof of the purchase price. I had a copy of the contract. The contract showed separate line items for VTR insurance and oil changes we had specifically requested not be included. Wes then told me that it was past the time that a refund could be issued. I argued that it was their fault I hadn’t received the refund sooner. He said he would need to get my file from accounting to verify the negotiations, that the process would take days, and that he would call me back and let me know if I would receive a refund. I told him the refund had already been approved by the other finance rep, the sales rep, and a manager. He told me he would pull my file and get back to me and then he hung up on me. I immediately left a message with the GM. I called our sales rep who again confirmed I was owed $479. He said he would figure it out and get back to me. A minute later a manager called me and said the check would be in the mail the next day. A week later the check had not come so I texted the sales rep again. He told me the check would be to me within a week. I waited another 2 weeks and the check did not come. So, I texted the sales rep again and this time his response was that he talked to Wes (the same person who originally overcharged us) and they couldn’t help me, but, if I wanted, I could call the accounting department personally and figure things out. He did not give me the name of an individual in accounting I should speak to or any indication of how it might be any different from the multiple times he had already tried to address the issue with accounting. I asked for the name of a manager and was told Justin Kennedy. When I got a hold of him, Justin told me he was made aware of the situation for the first time and he would have a check cut that would be ready for pick up tomorrow. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to pick up my check because I cannot trust them to mail it to me. Let’s hope it’s actually there. Working with Tim Dahle Infiniti has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. They have been dishonest, incompetent, and rude. All of this after we spent $40,000 on a vehicle.

    Worst car buying experience. They sold me car without title and I was told to pick it up next day. After many calls they told me they lost title they will get new one. Waited 43 day for title and never got title. when called DMV I was told no one applied for title yet. went back there after driving car with expired tags I was told by murdock they don't know when I will have title. Of course I returned car back to them. Waste of time and money. Next day they repost the car for sale that they know they don't have tittle.These people are dishonest. Save your self headache,time and money look somewhere else.

    We purchased a vehicle from Tim Dahle Infiniti in Murray on Oct. 11th. The next day I returned to the dealership and told them they charged us $479 for VTR insurance and oil changes we clearly told them we didn’t want. The finance rep. verified with our sales rep what I was saying was correct. He received permission from a manager, and said a check would be put in the mail. After 3 weeks the promised check never came so I called the finance department. I wasn’t able to get through immediately. I called multiple times, and left messages that were not returned. On Nov. 13th I was finally able to get a finance rep on the phone, Wes. Wes was the same finance rep who originally charged us the extra $479. Wes said he needed to verify that what I was saying was true (apparently he didn’t remember us). He asked if I had a copy of the contract, and proof of the purchase price. I had a copy of the contract. The contract showed separate line items for VTR insurance and oil changes we had specifically requested not be included. Wes then told me that it was past the time that a refund could be issued. I argued that it was their fault I hadn’t received the refund sooner. He said he would need to get my file from accounting to verify the negotiations, that the process would take days, and that he would call me back and let me know if I would receive a refund. I told him the refund had already been approved by the other finance rep, the sales rep, and a manager. He told me he would pull my file and get back to me and then he hung up on me. I immediately left a message with the GM. I called our sales rep who again confirmed I was owed $479. He said he would figure it out and get back to me. A minute later a manager called me and said the check would be in the mail the next day. A week later the check had not come so I texted the sales rep again. He told me the check would be to me within a week. I waited another 2 weeks and the check did not come. So, I texted the sales rep again and this time his response was that he talked to Wes (the same person who originally overcharged us) and they couldn’t help me, but, if I wanted, I could call the accounting department personally and figure things out. He did not give me the name of an individual in accounting I should speak to or any indication of how it might be any different from the multiple times he had already tried to address the issue with accounting. I asked for the name of a manager and was told Justin Kennedy. When I got a hold of him, Justin told me he was made aware of the situation for the first time and he would have a check cut that would be ready for pick up tomorrow. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to pick up my check because I cannot trust them to mail it to me. Let’s hope it’s actually there. Working with Tim Dahle Infiniti has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. They have been dishonest, incompetent, and rude. All of this after we spent $40,000 on a vehicle.
