2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV
I’ve owned the Bolt EUV for a year, and it’s by far the best entry level EUV (I also had a Volvo XC40 recharge & driven Teslas so I can compare). The driving dynamics (including rear seat ride) are superior to Tesla. Pick up is smooth & energetic though not at the same level as the XC40 or Teslas with higher horse power. One-pedal drive mode is nicely modulated (without sudden slow … down), and regular drive mode also has a subtle slow down that mimics gas cars effectively (whereas the Volvo seems to glide on ice without one-pedal mode, which increases break usage). Interior is top notch, infotainment easy to use, and hand activated regenerative braking is a nice touch (no need to rely on an iPad-like panel to access everything). Only downsides are generic exterior styling & side support in front seats. Zero maintenance, and level 2 charging (installation paid by Chevy) @ home has been easy & efficient.
