Quick, Comfort, & Quality

Our RAV4 Prime is a delight; super comfortable, quiet, and quick. Most of our drives are under 10-miles so the electric-only gets us through the week. However, we also take frequent drives to the Oregon coast and mountains, knowing we don't have to fret about range. Even with the gas engine running, we're still getting top-notch mileage for a small SUV. On winding mountain roads, the Prime corners solidly; no sway or drift. And inclines are a breeze. This powerful SUV can quickly accelerate from any speed and at any grade. The base Prime (SE) is well equipped with a sun-roof, very comfortable seats, and good quality sound system (CarPlay is wonderful). Toyota quality & engineering is obvious in the details & features. And, finally, purchasing our Prime was incredibly easy and stress-free. Wilsonville Toyota took a $1000 deposit to order the exact Prime we wanted and kept us up to date on the build, shipment, and delivery. We paid the Edmunds recommended price with no haggling or pressure. We were notified a couple of days before the car's arrival and spent under 2-hours finalizing the purchase, receiving a helpful demonstration of the Prime's key and unique operation, and zipping soundlessly home! The Wilsonville Toyota process and team made this so convenient and professional at every stage. They also recommended a local company that will set our Prime up with a killer roof-top tent for all-season camping! See you in The Cascades.

The RAV4 Prime has ticked all the boxes. All the features I want (AWD, good clearance, fun to drive) paired with environmental responsibility (40+ mile range of electric charge, great gas mileage when in hybrid mode). I’m looking forward to many years of adventuring in this car.

I absolutely love my 2021 RAV4 Prime! I wanted to get an SUV that is a hybrid plug in. I did my research and decided that I feel more confident buying a Toyota over a Hyundai or a Ford, which are the best other options. It drives so smoothly! The seats are very comfortable and there is lots of storage space. It is easy to charge in your driveway or garage, but you don’t need to worry about recharging on longer trips because the hybrid will kick in when the electric charge runs out. For daily commutes and errands, the electric charge will last for the day and you can charge it up at night.

WE have both the SE and XSE

We were lucky to purchase two 2021 RAV4 primes below MSRP. My wife has the SE and daughter the XSE. Both are getting up to 52 miles in ALL electric mode, 10 more miles than stated. With the Federal credit and state rebates, They are about the cost of a regular hybrid XSE since the $7500 federal tax credit provided a great incentive. We believe the RAV4 primes will provide 250,000 plus miles with ease and low maintenance cost. I am amazed at the efficiency of the RAV4 Prime. It serves our needs. I'm still driving my original 2000 Toyota Tundra. After 21 years, I expect it to outlast me. UPDATE: I have owned a 2021 toyota Rav3 prime SE since new . I was surprised that this plug in EV received more than the 42 electric range. the most I have received after 3 plus years of service, just yesterday, I received 55 all electric range, Now this is called great engineering by toyota. I slow charge the battery each night using 110V. it works and I am guessing its better for the battery?
