Used 2004 Toyota Matrix Consumer Reviews
My Matrix
Has been the best car I've ever owned. Mileage usually about 30mpg, sometimes more if highway only driving. GREAT cornering and handling ability. Fun to drive with enough power to pass safely in reasonable situations. Back seats lower flat instead of the SUVs that don't go all the way down flat, so is great for cargo. A truly great vehicle!
I love my matrix!
I love this car it's great, fun, cute, and all around wonderful. The silver trimmed dash board, the smooth ride, all the great things you can put in a car toyota did.

FUNctional Car
I absolutely love my Matrix. It handles very well around turns at higher speeds. The interior space is awesome! Lots of head and leg room not to mention cargo space. It has a very sporty feel inside and out. The only complaints I have are, it could be a bit more peppy with maybe a 2.0 vs. 1.8 and the gas milage could be alot better. I only get 20-25 tops. This is my first Toyota. I have had many Hondas in the past and I can't say I regret leaving Honda. I loved all of my Honda's but my Matrix has more room than the Civics and are alot more fun to drive.
All the features at half the price!
I drive over 40k miles per year. One of the best I have every driven, with all the comfort and convenience features of cars that are $30k+. Mileage is a steady 31.5 over all kinds of terrain. Very comfortable, and no problems at 20k miles in five months. More storage room than several larger models, and very comfortable for 4 adults.

Gotta say, love the car. Couple of minor factory quirks, squeak in the dash quickly fixed by the dealer. Fun to drive and great gas mileage. I'm a 6 foot plus man and have plenty of room for myself and someone in the back set behind me.
