2025 Toyota Crown Consumer Reviews

Crown that is a Lexus RC350 AWD and RAV4 Hybrid
I use to own a Lexus RC350 AWD, and had to part with it when premium prices took off as I drive about 60-miles/day. I been driving our RAV4 Hybrid for about a year now when my wife's old Ford Escape bit the dust. Since she likes SUVs, she wanted the RAV4. However, the Crown's high ground clearance was easy for her to get into so we test drove it. To my surprise it was like driving the Lexus again! I was an easy sale for me and right out of the box in very cold weather it is getting about 40-mpg. Still driving and reading the manual to find everything this car can do, but it is very roomy and fuel efficient car to own. Keep you posted as the miles go on .

Eye catching at every stop light!
We recently traded our 2021 Highlander XKE off and got into a 2024 Crown XLE. Call it a midlife crisis purchase, but we wanted something that didn't look like everyone else's! We absolutely love the look, the ride, the MPGs! What we down sized in room we got back in MPGs. Going from the Highlander to a sedan has been interesting though! Lack of dash space has been the biggest challenge. I feel Toyota could have easily incorporated some of the Highlander dash lay out in the Crown, especially since this is the target audience they are trying to get. I also believe at this price point the Crown should have the leather in all 3 trims along with the 360° camera. Only other complaint would be where they put the rear trunk button, should be under the lip and not where it is, somewhat irritating! Overall GREAT ride, great MPGs and in our opinion very stylish! We also love coming out of a grocery store and know exactly which vehicle is ours! We love our 2024 Crown, just feels a bit under refined!

Beautiful, luxury hybrid!
We love this car, a bit sporty and a lot luxury. Great gas mileage (around 42 mpg), fun to drive, quiet and very comfortable. We love it so far and you can’t go wrong with a Toyota!

Great car
I love the power, comfort and overall quality of this car. The interior styling is simple but elegant, and the cabin is quieter than every other vehicle I test drove. I like that it handles like a car, but the seat is higher so it feels more like an SUV. The only thing I don’t like so far is that the hybrid system can make noise at low speeds.

Not your Grandma's Avalon!
1000 mile review on our 2025 Crown Limited in Oxygen White. We purchased this gem three weeks ago and as is evident by the mileage, it is a winner! Smooth riding, quiet running, and so very comfortable. Love the air conditioned power 8 way driver's and passenger seats, and plenty of leg room for our 5'10" and 6'2 in bodies. We drove the new 2025 Camry in se, xse, xle all wheel and rear wheel drive versions, the Lexus Es 300h, the VW ID4, Hyundai Iconic 5. Looked at an Lexus NX hybrid but didn't drive one as our heads were too close to the headliner even though the seats were as far down as possible. The Crown was the most roomy, quiet, and pleasant to drive plus fabulous gas mileage at 40mpg. We removed a few features such as lane change assist, and the warning to check your back seat every time you get out of the car, plus the warning light if you are exceeding 1 mph over the speed limit, and a couple of other features that are more annoying than useful but overall we are so happy with this vehicle. Plus, lovevthe sporty, unique style, and higher riding height on the road. If you need to spice things up just put it in sports mode. But plenty of power in ecomand normal modes. Not your Grandma's Avalon for sure!
