Used 2004 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
Dangerous car when windy!
We bought the car new and we sold it after 1 year, it was too dangerous on windy days! The car change lane when strong wind! The car is noisy and it cracks in cold temperature (my camry does the same). No mechanical problems. Good mileage. My wife was afraid to drive it in strong winds because the car moves on the road (Toyota knows about it and recommend to install spoilers like the S model at $2,200!
Best car I've ever owned
Bought brand new in 2003. Only thing I ever had to do was routine maintenance. No mysterious problems, or any problems with this car. I owned this car for 11 years and drove a lot! I put almost 200k miles on it and it drove perfect until the day I traded it in! Of course if you're looking for something to drive well in weather this car is not for you. It does not do well with snow and ice (slides a lot) but I would not expect it to as it is a basic car and doesn't have awd or 4wd. If you are looking for something very affordable and reliable Toyota Corolla is the way to go. Just don't take it out in the snow or ice!
Kunka
As far as gas this car is great. As far as space in the drivers seat it sucks . I am 5'9" 190. and should do okay in it buy it is SNUG and UNCOMFORTABLE.This car is also loud and distracting on uneven and bumpy roads. Its aggravating.
COROLLA 'S'
This was my 19th Birthday present. Well its not bad livin in da urban area and drivin in tight spaces and tighttt corners. The S type is not bad to show off and the styling and its performance is really cool. And the Gas mileage is awesome. I been rought on it but it has handled it and so far no complaints.
