Used 2004 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
NEW CAR
THE CAR IS WELL BUILT WITH EXCELLENT POWER. IT HAS A VERY SLEEK LOOK AND, SEEMS TO BE BIGGER THAN PREVIOUS MODELS. WE FEEL THAT THIS CAR OFFERS THE FEELING OF DRIVING A EXPENSIVE MODEL CAR WHILE THE PRICING IS STILL AFFORDABLE. WE LOVE THE CAR AND HOPE TO KEEP IT FOR A LONG TIME.
love it but.....
Test drove '03 civics vs '03 corolla LE. Corolla wins hands down, quieter, smoother, comfortable seats, large trunk and interior, powerful enough for a daily driver and given Toy's proven past, should last 200k mi. But... It needs telescoping steering. Either foot pedals too close or steering wheel too far away.
2004 Corolla S
Another excellent Toyota product. I owned a 2000 corolla and the 2004 adds a bit more sportiness to the equation. It handles better and is a bit more refined than its predecessor. Mileage is still excellent and power from the engine is above average for it's class. Overall I am very happy with this car.
Very good
I bought mine used last year and have driven 10,000 miles since then. So far, it is perfect. No trouble at all. My city driving (to work) should not be considered for mileage as I stop 5 minutes in total 10 minutes; even then it gives me 22. However, on hwy with cruise control (or even without) it goes beyond 40! It's amazing. I also like the huge trunk space. It runs smooth even when it is pretty cold (like 10 degrees outside).
great car
the 2003 corolla has a more attractive body style than in recent years, but that's not what makes this a great car. It has great gas mileage and that helps me out because i drive 80 miles to work and only use up 1/8 of a tank. It has a very smooth ride. The interior in mine is dark grey fabric seating with chrome shift and handles. It just looks smooth.
