Used 2005 Toyota Camry Solara Consumer Reviews
rag topper
After shopping for a midsize convertible I was down to the Solara totally loaded, or the Saab 9-3 linear. Both were excellent vehicles. However I thought I got a bigger bang for the buck with the Toyota, which had nav, body side molding, auto starter, pin striping and side airbags. The ride is as smooth as a larger convertible. The power is ample esp. with that slap stick which is a lot of fun. The top works nicely but the boot deal is a pain, unlike the Saab, but the mileage, ah that is great. On a recent trip I got 32.7 miles and thats regular gas. All in all I like this car and seem to enjoy it more and more each time I drive it.
I love it.
So far so good. The Solara Convertable gets a lot of heads to turn. You don't see them everywhere you go. We love to go cruising on Weekends and this is a great car for that.

Dream Machine in Red
I love my new car. It is so beautiful. Clean lines. Wonderful music system. Very easy to drive and handling and cornering is smooth. It has plenty of pep for my style of Metro driving. Seater heaters are very nice and I use them on cold morning. There is a blind spot on the right side... I have to be careful. The moon roof is perfect but a little noisey with the rubber wind shield, but doesnt blow my hair to pieces.
GOOD & BAD OF TOYOTA SE SPORT
The styling of my Solara is very sleek and has been compared to the Lexus. The interior is beautifully trimmed with everything in its place. gas mileage on the open road is great. The only problem I have is the SE Sport is too stiff. I should have gotten the SE.
Excellent Car
Definitely has blind spots for backing up and multiple lanes when the top is closed. Excellent presentation. Very sharp looking car. Boot can be a little tricky to put on.
