Used 2004 Toyota Camry Solara Consumer Reviews
Problems...
From the beginning, the car pulled to the left. Toyota does not know how to fix. Also, Tire Gauge light does not turn off. Toyota does not know how to fix. Been in the dealer more than I've driven it. It's a shame because it's a beautiful car. I've gotten lots of complements on it. Unfortunately, the dealer has not been very helpful. Instituted the Lemon Law. :(
Accord Killer
I was considering the two door Accord until I saw and drove the Solara. Standard features on the SE Sport far exceed those on the Accord. Daytime running lights, larger brakes and fuel tank, more head, leg and hip room than Accord. Anti-theft system is optional but found on most models. 17" alloy wheels with tire pressure monitor are standard on Sport models. (Read the manual on resetting the pressure monitor!) The sequential shift automatic 5 speed transmission is an excellent compromise for guys whose wives prefer an automatic. The Toyota warranty is 5 years, with *everything* covered the first year. Honda includes a 3 year warranty.

Happy to own Solara
I am very happy with my new toy.SLE V6 W/Navigation. It is fun to drive and beautiful interior makes you enjoy driving anywhere.V6 puts out enough juice.
2004 Solara SLE V6
I traded in a 2000 SLE V6. This car had the same sticker as the 2000 did but comes with many more features that were only found on the Lexis back then. This car is smooth, quiet, comfortable, powerful and fun to drive.
Quality/Sporty Ride
I purchased this car with several issues at hand, quallity, reliablity, comfort, and able to fit the "kids" in. But yet still have a sporty look. Well, this car far exceeds my wants and needs. For this single mom, this is a great pic. Hands down!!
