I couldn't be happier! I have researched SUVs for some time; the '06 4 Runner is a great vehicle. Quiet, smooth, and fun to drive.... Kudos to Toyota.

I researched all my options before buying my used 06 T4R, and I don't regret any minute of my decision. It has been over 6 mths and approx 12k miles, and it has been extremely reliable. I have driven it from CA to GA (avg 23 mpg @ 75+mph) and GA to WA with a 5x8 uhaul trailer (avg 19 mpg @ 65+mph), this SUV is bullet proof. I avg 20 mpg around mixed in town driving. It does everything I need it to, from primitive camping trips, off-roading, towing, and future snowboarding trips. It has the perfect balance between utility and practicality and efficiency and performance. If your considering buying one, I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

This truck is absolutely amazing! I've wanted a 4runner for a while, and I def don't regret this purchase. I've put about 30,000 miles on it (55k total miles) and zero, zip, no complaints. The x- reas suspension on the sport edition makes it handle and take corners like a dream! Super quiet inside, almost zero road/wind noise. 200% quieter than the competing models. Zero mech problems and the v6 has plenty of power. This is my daily driver and also has been on many camping/fishing/snowboarding trips and has yet to meet an obstacle it can't overcome.

I love this truck, it's a true Toyota. I can't wait to go off road. The V-8 is awesome and smooth as glass.

Solid, quiet, fun! One drive and I was hooked. After driving a Mercury Mountaineer for 9 years, this truck feels like driving a sports car (and I don't even have the sport suspension). Definitely a truck but the smoothest riding and quietest truck I've even driven. Haven't heard a single rattle or squeak. Toyota quality can't be beat!
