Great value for a fun car!
Love the interior and exterior. Got a 2012 used with 100,000 miles on it for under 8k out the door. This is the first car that the dash wraps slightly toward the driver for easier radio and climate controls. They call it cockpit seating and I love it. Purchased from a Toyota dealership and had been detailed plus new tires, fluid check, oil change and full safety inspection. Standard dual sunroof and long hatch gives the car tons of natural light and a roomy feel. So far so good for this TC owner.

Still going strong
This is an update to my original review. I now have over 11,000 miles, and not a problem. I had the oil changed at 5,000 miles, I did not want to wait till 10,000 miles with there free service. It was $43.00 total, worth the money. I had purchased the 3M chip protector for the car when new also. The car is spotless, I usually have tons of chips by now, because I travel through the mountains in the winter. I have never bought this product before, I would purchase it again, but price shop it. This was the first Toyota/Lexus product to pass the IIHS small overlap test. They have since resubmitted some models that did not pass and retrofitted to pass. I still get compliments on this car daily.

2014 Base Model Auto
Traded my 2006 tC for the 2014 I currently own. Its a base model, so no Push-Start or rear wiper. It is just as roomy as some previous comments. The seats are comfortable yet form fitting. In the driver seat, it feels like a relaxed racing seat, keeping me in place. I bought this car a year ago, mostly stock (only the wheels were custom). 87,000 miles, now at 93K. it handles so well, accelerates quick enough (im getting modifications as I type this) My only gripe about this car is the economy sucks. (My previous gripe on the 2006 was, it needed a 6th gear, it was a 5 speed) My 2014 is an automatic, Ive just fitted a Borla "axle-back" exhaust to it and it did bump my MPG from 23.5 (avg) to 23.7-23.8 Its reliable, easy to maintain/fix, cheap to do so. Great looks. In summation, I would like the option for heated seats, reverse cam... Thats about all the changes I would make, other than another 20-30 HP. I love this car and its gorgeous. Plus, Ive never seen another tC in Cement Grey

Never too old to drive a classy sports car
I bought this car brand new and I highly recommend this car, I honestly would! Up to $180,000 miles and going strong. I've kept up the maintenance and it's pouring off!! Handles great, nice ride 👍 I wish this car could last forever 🤞

Cheaply made!
I have owned my car for 5 years and have had the manual transmission input shaft bearing replaced twice in 58,000 miles at $3,000 a piece. Noisy cabin and rough ride. Interior door panels and sunroof rattle a lot. Motor is great. If you buy this car make sure it is a automatic transmission.
