Great looks, tech but not great MPG
Love my new RAM's appearance, tech and comfort. All the tech is easy to use, while the overall outside appearance is awesome. I have the sport appearance package and it adds much to the truck. I also really like the inside comfort of the truck, seats are comfortable and warming and cooling options are both great. I am really impressed with the overall driving performance of the truck, the twin turbo's give the truck more than enough acceleration when you need it. I am disappointed in the MPG so far. I have 5,000 miles on the truck and rarely get over 15 MPG in the city and local driving, get about 20 MPG on longer trips. Hopefully this will improve as the truck breaks in.

As trucks go, the 2025 Ram1500 is pretty awesome!
This will be my 3rd Ram. I recently Traded my 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn for the 2025 Laramie. I’ve had a Toyota and GMC truck in the past and frankly I find that the Ram handles and rides nicer than some of the cars I’ve owned in the past. I wasn’t planning on trading up to my 2025 Laramie, but the incentives offered along with the generous trade concession from my dealer made it a no brainer. Before test driving the new 3.0 Turbo charged inline 6, I was a bit skeptical. My 5.7 Hemi was pretty much bullet proof aside from a cracked exhaust manifold at 18k (replaced under warranty). Once behind the wheel though, I found the Hurricane was smooooooth, powerful and I must say impressive. Sure, it doesn’t sound like a big V8, but that matters not to me. As for the Laramie trim, what an upgrade from my Bighorn. The leather seats are super comfortable, heated and cooled, the infotainment center is great and the passengers side screen lets my copilot (aka my better half) handle the direction and radio controls while I focus on the road. The dual pane panoramic sunroof is wonderful and much moreIi’ve yet to discover about this truck. So far as a new owner, I’m extremely pleased with this truck! If I was was to have any gripes about the truck it would be little misses such as the stock factory floor mats are the cheapest garbage Ive ever seen for a high end truck. Additionally, the side view mirror covers are cheap chromed out plastic that will clearly scratch easily. Also, they have a built in flip down storage gate under the rear seats that frankly is crap. I had a tuff-box storage organizer in my 2020 that makes the one in my truck a joke. This is nit-picky stuff though and certainly forgivable considering the substantial discount I was able to purchase the truck for. Now it’s time to find out what the next 100k brings!

Great Ride!
So, I bought my 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel in January of 2025 and man, I do love it. It’s got 5,600 miles on it and it is the smoothest riding vehicle I’ve ever owned and it’s a blast to drive. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews and man, I feel bad for those with a struggling ‘25. I’m lovin’ mine, though.
